Hairy leather clad men hanging around with other hairy clad men is acceptable practice in this day and age. It's not my cup of tea but who are we to judge their right to do what they want to do and be what they want to be. -

I'm sorry I missed the run. I've spent the day yelling at people and driving back from sunny Singo Glad your beastie got to stretch its legs. What's next for the 33, back in the garage for a spell?

I FORGOT WHAT MY SKYLINE WAS FOR ! !

Wow, I don't go a fortnight without a back roads country drive. Small country cafe's and pie shops are my destinations. Bonus now is all the kids are older, so me , and the Minister of War and Finances, can get some alone time. Alone time for us, to me, means us going for a long cruise and eating pies, much to her dismay. Bloody womens with their romantic wants and needs, lucky for them they can usually guide their will on us using their feminine wiles. Maybe it is her wanting pies after all.....maybe..... Yes dear -

I has Pssshh for the LOLS Only opened a bit currently so only minor LOLS, I tried it everywhere from 100% which brought all the bangs to the exhaust and PSSSHHH to the extreme, right down to closed with nil psshh's Spring is wound down pretty tight, so only really vents at max boostage, under that its very minor dosage LOLS are pretty good -

Only really 2 options 1. Easy cheap fix Stututututu 2. More expensive fix with the added benifit of reliability = LS swap Seriously, if you have maaaaad pipe work and "stuff" post a pick of what you have so people know what you are dealing with Go option 1 -

You don't really have a lot more to do, do you Just fire that puppy up and go for a cruise in the mountains or something The sound of a RB, on boost, reverberating off walls should bring your boys back to the yard, if that doesn't stir the loins then all hope is lost. -

I feel that alot, and I mean all, WRX and STI's cruise around chopping every 86 they see, for fun. LOL, that has bit them on the arse today, the little 86 is pumping Not that I went out hunting this morning or anything I did get punished by a branch falling off a tree infront of me, no time to really do anything but cringe, a few more battle scars but nothing major. My little 86 is perfect No more mods needed Well..........it could do with more .....tutututu LOLOLOLOLOLOL -

WOW, what a difference Dyno is saved file from pre-tune in March to 8 psi boost now, WOW Car is as responsive as farrrrk, pulls hard, WOW Most importantly is that cold start is not as loud, the turbo has done its main job at muffling the exhaust..........? Shiny clamps is the only giveaway Down there somewhere Pretty black So far the rods are still in one piece -

Tyres you use(d) and how u would rate them

Replaced my RS4's with RE003 Toyota 86, 1250kg 145 kwatw. Went from 215/45 17 to 235/45 17 on a 8" rim Both are running at 34psi front and rear RS4: Much better in the dry than RE003 (yes, the 215 RS4 grips better than the 235 RE003, rim size may have something to do, I went from minimum size to maximum size tyre for a 8" rim running 45 series, spooky.....) Lasted about 15k km of street driving Really average in the wet Really average initially in cold temperatures They were pretty noisy After scrubbing them in they stayed very predictable. RE003: Better than the RS4's in the wet Not as good in the dry Much much quiter The additional sidewall, 9mm, gives a noticeably smoother ride. Next set of tyres: RS4 235/45 17, I can deal with the noise, I can drive slow in the wet, but I don't like giving up the dry grip, plus there cheap, bang for buck is excellent. -

I'm spewing I'm going to miss the SAUNSW cruise up Macquarie Pass to Roberstson pie shop. Although, I do head up there at least once a month for a drive topped with pies, apple turnovers with cream to be then washed down with icecream at Wollongong lighthouse after doing the Jamberoo run. Mmmmmmm, pies cakes and icecream.... -

Are you still going to tow that trailer up Macquarie Pass, wasn't that one of the rules? When is it ready?, I'm hoping tomorrow, my boat (real boat/ship, not a R33) leaves on the 13th of this month, this means I will most likely be on a plane on Monday, that gives me the weekend to race a Tiguan towing a trailer up the pass, break the gearbox, and throw a rod, oh, and pack. It looks like I'm going to have a busy weekend -
