  1. Im doing my best to supply the lub
  2. Because the 32 was the car that owned the mountain, the reporters called it "Godzilla" because it was a giant (V8) killer. What has the 33 or 34 done that equates to that. Why is a XY GT HO worth the money it gets, Bathurst history. I could name a heap of other cars with mototsport history that bring in the dollars, but I won't. Yes the 33 and 34 are famous because of F&F, yes the yanks love that shit, but long term, IMO the cars are topping out, some, like that low Klm GTR may hold some value if they are stored, but, IMO from following the car scene and what brings in the dollars, the average 33 and 34 will take a fall. People buying up average condition cars thinking they are an investment are, again, from watching the market over the last 20 odd years, dreaming. As for how they look, they are all dated, but I like the 32 the best, that's my opinion, you like the 33, thats your opinion, some people only like the 34, some people, like me, think the 35 looks like the boss and walks over everything before it. Am I wrong, is my opinion wrong? From reading your previous replies, I would hazard to guess that you would tell me my opinion is wrong. Anyways, it's always a pleasure reading your replies
  3. It's like a couple of kids discovering bro love and kool aid. "True racebred king" = R32 The 33 and 34 are riding on its coat tails, IMO Keep up the good work, and......go
  4. Needs more whales ?
  5. A plus for the FD is it has aged well, even with those pop up headlights, much better than most 90's cars anyway, yes, I'm looking at you 33. Post pics or the FD is a Hyundai Excel
  6. Make sure you let that puppy warm up
  7. Not what I would call reliable, or cheap to fix. I did the Rotory thing years ago, IMO they are fine for a car that comes out every month or two, and you treat it nice, but if you use it regularly, and use it hard, headaches will ensue. They also LOVE fuel
  8. This projects, overhauls and build ups thread needs.................................. more project, overhaul and build up. Get to it
  9. For such a little bit of exhaust it was a bit of a PITA. I've never had to lift a engine, albeit only about 1", to fit an exhaust. Anyways, the OEM pipe was rubbish.
  10. If I wanted something like that, which I don't, the Toyota C-HR would be my pick. The Juke might have more performance but at least with the C-HR I wouldn't vomit when I looked at it. It looks like Renault and Mini (BMW) had drunk sex and this was the offspring. Plus TRD make big plastic exterior stuff if you like brand name plastic.
  11. I've never met a GT car that wasn't fat.
  12. Or post 7, or post 1? Push button start is cool. Proximity keys are cool.
  13. Which is your personal opinion? Post 1 or post 7, or have they changed?
  14. Thar looks ok. The real answer is everyone's tastes and requirements are different. What looks good to one person looks shit to another. Some people want a sporty car that handles well. Some people want something they can put the family in and tow a trailer across the country. Some people want to modify a small NA 4 cyl rwd manual coupe that is lucky to make 100 killerwasps atw even with an obnoxiously loud exhaust, but which sticks to corners like shit on a blanket. Some people dont. Some people want to modify thier Land Cruiser, Camry, ute, bus, motorcycle, body..... Some people dont. Some people go out of their way to try and impress people and be a cool kid. Some people don't give a f**k about what people think (me). Disclaimer: I do give a f**k about what the missus thinks, I might be dumb but I'm not stupid. In ending, forum needs more build/technical, reading, some of these threads are making me dumber, some LOLS are had though.
  15. Looks real clean underneath, nice. Does it have a shopping list. Oh, and get that puppy shiny.
  16. Sort of, you cannot put a old 80's rb30 from a VL in a 90's R33, but, you can if it has the 25/26 head and associated fueling and emissions stuff. Plus I believe if you register it as a ground up built kit car, you have some leeway, engineering out the wazzo though, I'm thinking back a few years now so things may have changed. I belive the main concern is meeting current emmisions standards, which with some cane juice and tuning shouldn't really be a concern. Happy trails
  17. http://forums.hybridz.org/topic/69290-rb-remote-oil-filter-takeoff/
  18. I just googled because you have lightened up my evening, it might be > m18 by 3/4 unf male to male. from here> https://www.gtr.co.uk/forum/106118-removing-stock-rb-oil-water-heat-exchanger.html#/topics/106118 Knock one up and test fit. Simples ??
  19. I apologise for having done all this before with a 25 and then a 25/30. I'm sorry for not answering your question and only asked about why you wanted to remove it I'm sorry fir selling my Nissan years ago, thus rendering anything I learnt from that time irrelevant. Na, I'm not sorry. I am happy though, you make me smile.
  20. I still ran the heat exchanger on my 25 when I had it, it had no issues with oil pressure, I will admit when I had a 25/30 built I didn't have one though, that had oil pressure issue. And no, I have no idea. Have you tried google? ?
