Hi guys.I currently have a turbosmart boost T ,one of the latest type with the ball and spring and was just wondering if a turbotech would be any better? I will be getting a retune soon with bigger injectors and z32 afm to go with my current turbo which is a apexi ax53b70p25.The common trend with these internal wastegate turbos is that they tend to drop a few pounds of boost towards redline. yeah,kept the dump/front pipe.They actually sent me the bell mouth instead of the split on which i kinda glad of now because i have heard that the splits give you boost control issues.

I used to have this system on my r33.Great flowing exhaust but it was too loud for a daily driver.I ended up changing to a kakimoto with an oval rear muffler.So much quieter.Now that i only drive my r33 occasionally i wouldn't mind having the hyperflow back! Sounded insane on boost.

At the bottom of photo bucket or SAU?

Yeh it probably is but i never had any trouble in the past. Not familiar with photo bucket, is it complicated?

Was excited about my new upgrade plans courtesy of my wife i thought i would post my old dyno sheet and new plans but this new format says there is no files to be uploaded even though i have done so.really pissing me off.

Just wanted to share some positive feed back i have for the guys at EFI.I took my car there today because i suspected my car wasn't quite right.They found a boost leak and touched up my tune.Very happy with their work.Thanks guys

Yeh,i went and talked to Dan last saturday and he walked me through my options and we decided on a combo he uses in his race car.Just gotta plan a good time to book it in.

I got arse raped for being ignorent when buying mine.Bought a manual that was originally an auto which has a manual cluster in it.It's been a great car though and has responded well to the mods i have done to it.But yeh,if only i knew about vin fast before i bought the skyline.I know i will never get any decent kind of money for it now which is why i am going to turn it into a track car since i have recently got my self a more suitable daily.Bought it 3 years ago from a dealer on the gold coast with 71000 kms on the clock.Looking at the interior i would say that it is better than most australian cars i have seen with 40000 kms on them so i'd say they changed the whole interior.It's like brand new,even now. If anyone wants to know the name of the caryard i bought it from who are still running you can PM me and will supply the name.

Hi all.Was told by a reputable worskshop and tuner on the gold coast that unless i put a orc twin plate clutch or similar in my R33 RB25 which will soon be running arond 270 rwkw that only a twin plate will stand up to the job.Running an Apexi ax53b7025 turbo.I am planning on taking the car to the drags to see what it is capable of.Other than that it will be my weekend car and am planning on taking it to events such as powercruise.Does anybody think a heavy duty of some sort or a Jim Berry clutch would be up to the task?I was Quoted $3000 for the ORC twin plate but i can not afford it at this point in time and not in the near future either.
