  2. ^^ i was also thinking that. So where could i acutally mount my gauges then? lol
  3. This has now changed to Red Roosters (across the road) for those Campbelltown People coming along. Cant wait for this one guys Be good to finally meet you guys/gals. 8. NOTE TO SELF DO NOT USE 1.1 GAPPING FOR MY CAR used it to 1.1 and took it for a drive... felt crap.. missfired at around 3k upwards. took them out and put them at 0.8 and perfect!
  9. Sweet thanks for that mate greatly appreciated
  10. Hi Guys/Gals, I'm just after some pictures of some gauges that are mounted on top of the dash in a mounting cup. I have 3 gauges I'm looking at putting there (As on the pillar is detectable and the "In Dash" gauges are impractical to read the gauges) Something like the following: I'm basically just trying to figure out where I would run the wires so that it doesn't look messy. Different variations of the mounting would be good too (E.g Individual cups etc.) Any help would be great Thanks, Elliott
  11. sweet... and that way the plugs wont die out as quick aye. thanks mate
  12. ^^ Yeah apparently I don't have stock injectors (from what the guy said) but he could of been lying. I posted up a pic a while ago of the top of them but no one could tell me wether they are stock or not. They are purple colour? I'll get an Adjustable FPR, bigger fuel pump and the injectors (if i need them) along with the new coil packs and spark plugs and i should be sweet? and yeah Ill have my spark plugs gapped to 0.8. Been doing my reading lol. So what gapping should they be at now with the boost im runing etc?
  13. well that would make my skyline only put out 165RWKW. which is considerably low. spesh when a standard RB25DE (non turbo) puts out around 140 kW - 147 kW depending on VCT etc. and the standard RB25DET puts out around 180ish or so KW at the rears (correct me if i'm wrong lol). So it cant be right. bit off don't ya think?
  14. thanks mate Haha that was you? sweet az. Your car looks nice man. Im alwasy around the area. Will prob see you more i guess lol thanks for that. I like them too hehe awww shucks lol. Thanks buddy oh yeah? thanks mate yeah na i should paint it purple tho haha
  15. I recon haha it was actually the bright red colour. But my camera on my stupid phone couldnt pick up the colour lol. I even had video's and things but it got so loud that the microphone on the phone couldnt handle it and it started making like a scratching sound. Like as if i was holding the phone outside of my car whilst driving.
  16. bump?? if not then a 2 gauge holder for the pillar kthnxbye
  17. These are now SOLD MODS please close thread Thanks, Elliott
  18. Thats sad.. RIP mate
  19. UPDATE: Should be changing the oil (AGAIN) this weekend hopefully and also the spark plugs HOPEFULLY the spark plugs can handle it now that its all good and tuned and hoping that the car will run smoother after the change (not that it doesnt run good now, but any improvement is good lol) Thanks for watching guys/gals Elliott
  20. Fair enough. that's pretty good I'm thinking very heavy lol
  21. ^^ if you dont mind me asking how much power are you pulling? and what Mods etc?
  22. yeah i am on my Greens haha thanks mate na it isn't. I got this off a guy named joey. lives near me yeah i'm hoping to have it boosted up to 14PSI to expect around 260-280kw with a couple extra mods ill be heaps happy
  23. Hey guys. I couldn't really find a "Members Rides" section so i thought i would post it in here with my fellow NSW people lol. I have an R33 GTS-T Series 1 (1993) and i'm loving it when i bought the car it had the following: - EMS Computer - GCG Hi Flow Turbo - Turbosmart Boost Controller - Front Mount - Forged Pistons - Koni Suspension - Pod Filter - 19" Gestalt Diamond Series (from Ozzy Tyres) - Respray in Gold Rush with Green Pearl - Alarm System As the usual thing to do when you first buy a car i changed the spark plugs, oil and oil filter (as this wasn't done in a long time). And it made alot of difference (got rid of that misfire at boost) Anyway i booked myself in to get my car tuned and the guy said to me that the car hasn't even been tuned before. That the EMS Computer was just put in and left on basic settings to make the car run. He also said that the car was running at only 6PSI and he is amazed that it could run as long as it had been without the tune. SOOOOO... he started tuning it. everything was sweet but then because of the 'non tuned' engine my spark plugs were already screwed and once he tried boosting it beyond the 10PSI limit it misfired badly. So he tuned it to 8PSI for me. (which i'm happy with until i get the new spark plugs and coil packs ) Now im driving it around and enjoying it alot more with a MUCH better power delivery YAY! My next mod will just be the oil change again with new spark plugs and wack on some good coil packs (im going to go with "Super Spark" and see how they run) Anyway guys i will continue to update you's on the progress and things and hopefully i can make things interesting for you LOL. Here are some pics of the car and the tuning with my dyno sheet. Thanks guys/gals Elliott
  24. hey guys got an update for ya's. Just got the car back from the tuning today and its all going good Heres a few pics: Dyno Sheet too 222kw @ 8PSI
