One from ur preferred repairer, one from one of their recommended repairers. The assessor came to our house to look at the car. Then they decide which quote is cheaper...don't believe their 'most complete and competitive' bullshit, it's not about complete, it's about competitive. Even when they aren't paying for the repairs.

If i didnt need insurance for my loan i would be telling them where to stick their so called fking 'cover'. End of the day my policy was worth 3200 last year. I had an accident when i was 19. Bad Cas! so shannons wont insure me either well...assessor comes to look at the poor thing tomorrow...see how it goes...
