Just thought I'd let you guys know, a friend of mine spotted a cop car on one of the overpasses on the freeway busting people as they are speeding out of the tunnel (city bound). I know how tempting it is to boot it through there and that's the first time I've heard of one in a spot like that. :uhh: So, just a word of warning.

What would you guys say about a bike joining in? A mate of mine is interested in coming with his bike. Only if its cool wit you though... might be a nice benchmark? Perhaps if you need to make up number closer to the date.

I didn't stay all night so I missed the 9.50 run I only saw the run where the car died Well done on the 9.5 though, great stuff! I saw your run Matt... was thinking you didn't make it there, but then you appeared... bummmer about the launch Saw Andrew's two or three runs. Good launches from what I could tell... what were your times? I dunno how the hell you can be expected to to a good launch when you're sitting next to a supercharged monster of a V8 with no exhausts - as if you could hear anything!

I have a question, being if you guys have anything against the Jaffa SS joining in, please make it be heard as we don't want to offend anyone by being there. On the last cruise, there were heaps of skylines and we sorta felt out of place (being a skyline cruise and all ) but the reason we love cruising with this group is the maturity of drivers, standard of cars and basically everyone are top folks. Most other cruises are full of idiot drivers in buzz boxes where you spend the whole time worrying about the P plater who might sideswipe you. We have no problem with being told we're not welcome, if there was a particular event where you wanted skylines only. Im sure *most* of you would be happy to have the SS there... gives you a bit of a benchmark... although it's far from being a standard SS now comments? Fire away

LOL, that Jaffamobile certainly was a hit in town after the race seriously though... do people really expect you to do a burnout in rundle street? :burnout: as if!
