Yeah for the life of us we can't figure out where he was. The bastard ghosted us... he rocked up with no headlights on ... bloody double standards. As for the drag, you certainly took off... we couln't match your speed mind you his take off was pretty bad. The cop said he saw us do the first one from KFC so he did a u-turn and followed... still can't figure out where he was sitting though Ah well, $95 later and a bit of lost pride, it was bound to happen sooner or later. I found this on the web: How is the power to weight ratio calculated? To calculate the power to weight ratio, the number of kw of power is divided by the total weight in kg. The result is multiplied by 1000 to convert to kw per tonne. EG: 244rwkw / 1250kg =0.1952 0.1952 x 1000 = 195.2 kw per tonne I assume that's correct

For you game players here, have you tried this racing simulator. It is only in Beta development at the moment, but it gives a good idea of where's it heading. Very cool physics and handling etc. Check it out if you haven't already Live For Speed

It's an interesting read, but I really don't see the need for insurance every time you want to have a drive with other people. I mean where does the line get drawn? two cars? three cars? more? Mass cruises with heaps of cars i can understand need insurance for, but again, how many consitutes a large cruise? I understand the concern of insurance companies, that it becomes more of a risk with numbers, but the interpretation of "convoy" or "cruise" is pretty vast! And hey, if you cause a crash which is so horrific to require liabiliy cover then you were obviously driving like a dick and have only yourself to blame if your insurance company doesn't cover you. Waiting 6 weeks for cruise insurance every time you wanna get together ... what a joke! Insurance now adays is getting out of hand GFXman
