  1. Had Eibach sway bars installed this week. Handling improvements are very noticeable, as is the firmer ride but not too bad over what it was. Tires are definitely the weakest point now; which should be sorted in a few weeks.
  2. I don't really have lag with mine, but I find the auto can be a bit sluggish. I'm pretty sure it adapts to your driving style though. If I drive a bit harder than usual first thing, it seems alot more eager to shift and when it does it's quite quick. Drive more sedately or in traffic and it seems to favour smooth shifts.
  3. haha, 250 at the wheels helps... 180 not so much
  4. Yeh and that just makes it so much more annoying
  5. Also a shame they never offered a manual in the sedan
  6. Goodies! More to come
  7. sounds cool... but what intakes and what tune?
  8. wow she sits low! Be good to see with less blur
  9. Looks clean as, very nice
  10. Hey Nick, any updates?
  11. I assume you have the standard 320mm brakes Nick?
  12. Keep us posted... I'm getting some brake shudder in my 370GT so I'm tempted to get some new rotors considering how much some places want to charge for machining....
  13. Cool, thumbs up! Compressed springs sounds like a recipe for disaster to me (TBH I don't know anything about them). First thing I'd be doing is buying some good springs, like Eibach or Swift!
  14. Tonight I was using my iphone with a speedometer app to see if my car speedo read the same... its WAY off assuming the iphone GPS is accurate; like ~67 on the speedo is about ~60 on the GPS. Anyone ever tested this? How accurate is an iphone GPS?! I dunno which to trust lol
  15. might have been because I asked for the Eibach Pro Plus Kit which has the swaybars. Oh wells they're incoming from the states
  16. WTF, I enquired about prokit for my sedan and they said it was gonna take til end of Jan to get here (not to mention a stupid price). Looks great though; perfect for a daily
  17. what suspension and tyre specs?
  18. Couple of questions for you though: Did you do any work to your fenders? Did you need a camber kit? What are your rim/tyre specs?
  19. Guess it's time to pull the trigger on some rims then
  20. All sounds pretty positive
  21. Okay so does anyone have 20" rims on their V36? Can you give me an idea of the difference in ride quality vs say 18 or 19? Recommended? Wouldn't do it again? Trying to decide... If someone in Adelaide has 20's, how about taking me for a drive?
