well , i went to clear the original one for : bald tyres , no spare , no high beams when the dick that was clearing it said , wait here the traffic cop wants to have a look at this officer dick bag comes out with his book , measures my eyebrow height and says its too low by 2" then proceeds to write me out a defect notice for it , and its a major so needs a full inspection talk about getting f**ked over >_>
