  1. sorry for the late reply. yes, thats the exact same one i used i agree with paul about painting a large surface. The cans are great for side mirrors and wings etc but for bigger panels it may be harder to get a brilliant finish.
  2. Hey there, i sprayed my wing just recently and purchased a proper 2 pack spray can off ebay. Theres a button on the bottom of the can which once pressed, will automatically mix the hardener with the paint. The can was around $30 from a place in melbourne. Plus, i also got a can of 2 pack clear coat which gave a really nice finish
  3. Exactly!!! Hopefully this means an end to $600 nismo keys lol
  4. I can vouch for this site too. bit the bullet and paid $100US and got the full background check on my r33 for curiosity sake. They got back to me in 3 days. It included the auction price, accident/repair details (if any) location of auction and previous Japanese registration details. Unfortunately mine didn't come with auction pictures as It was imported into Aus back in 2007 and their full records only go back 7 years.
  5. wow!! i thought the bc-br coilovers were cheap lol $400 for a full set of coilovers just doesn't sound right but if you do decide to get them, let everyone know how they go and if they're worth it. on the plus side they come with a warranty
  6. Did you personally buy them brand new? How many kms on them?
  7. Yea it is a prick of a hose to replace. Once u get the room though its easy
  8. +1 to the above reply. Had a mate resolder mine and works like new [emoji5]
  9. Just realised i also have a cluster out of an r33 s2 automatic but its missing the little electronic chip from the back of the tacho as mine was playing up so i bought this one for parts. Everything apart from the tacho works on it and comes with all the bulbs too. $10 pickup redbank plains
  10. Hey man i have this pipe with the hose on the side in good condition. $40 and im located in redbank plains. Will attach a picture to make sure its the part your after

  13. hey man try a spray called 'oomph'. it can be purchased from coles, bunnings etc. it should remove all the residue
  14. hey man I had this exact problem recently and had a mate resolder the dry joints on the back of the tacho and has been working perfectly since
  15. hey man if you don't mind going down the non-genuine nissan path you can quite easily source most of those rubber hoses from any auto parts store. Just take in the existing hoses and get them to see if they have something similar in stock or cut you a length. Just make sure its a proper coolant/heater hose and not a fuel or vacuum hose. The 4 hoses that actually go into the heater core may be a bit trickier and you might have to purchase from nissan. Also, ebay sell a lot of those cheap silicone heater hose kits but I wouldn't trust them as I've heard the quality isn't that great.
  16. hey there, I purchased a new radiator off ebay about 4 years ago and its still going strong and the fitment was perfect. it was a 42mm thick core and the brand was 'fenix'. I'd never heard of the brand before but wouldn't hesitate in recommending them. even the radiator shroud bolted straight onto it and I was very impressed with the quality of the welds. At the time I paid around $220 but now they're around the $400 mark
  17. I believe the ignitor part is built into the s2 ecu or something like that.
  18. yea that's the one! its the same on the r33's as well its in a prick of a location and it's super tight to remove from memory.
  19. I just purchased a blitz nur spec diff back exhaust a couple weeks ago and it sounds amazing! I've got a 3inch exhaust from the turbo back so I imagine it would sound the same as the cat back version. it has a really nice deep, throaty tone to it and not too droney
  20. Stainless steel 'zetti' cannon/muffler. 3 inch inlet with 5 inch tip in good condition. Is about 90db on idle and has a nice, deep tone to it. was on my car for about 4 years. $70, pickup from redbank plains, QLD.
