hey i pulled mine off yesterday. there's two square plastic clips on either side, you have to get between the wing and boot pry it up i used a paint scraper and a flat head scewdriver. hope it helps.

hi it all depends on the colour and what needs to be done. if its just a scatch it shouldn't cost much more than $350 but if its dented you will pay a bit more my advice is shop around. good luck
