Electrical Woes - "electrical Parts" Fuse

no. i installed it a couple years ago and it all worked fine. it's only recently that the fuse went. i've checked all radio connections for breaks and all ground connections. my next step is to check the connections behind the cluster -
ok, so my 10A (bat) "Electrical Parts" fuse keeps blowing. noticible effects: - clock on tachometer is out (but backlight stil works) - radio doesnt work at all - digital a/c panel does not hold memory (i.e. when i turn the car off and then on again, the temperature, fan, and mode settings are all reset) any thoughts on what it could be?
