  1. Wednesday night
  2. Just like the topic suggests I would like one of you guys to run our latest series GTech against the clocks on Wednesday night for a Zoom feature we are putting together. Gives a full datalog of the run, so its a bit of fun if nothing else! Must be 12 - 14 second style rig. Cheers, Martin
  3. Sounds like theres some juicy info in that one Erica!
  4. Good God Erica, that sounds scary! You seemed to have released the inner bitch in Munro well :jk:
  5. Yeah Matt, looked like you were a bit of a ladies man there mate!
  6. Its a natural thing Erica, just like how some blokes get an 'extension' If you werent gifted with it, you might as well make out you got it! Pssshhht
  7. Who me? I thought it was funny.....like trying to blow you away in an XTrail the other day...
  8. Ahhh Cheeky, you're a handful arent you?
  9. Ecenshu, if you have that attitude with the car, it will serve you WELL!
  10. Im giving him a break! Feel free with your new car, and dont spare it any 8000rpm launches! I didnt when I imported my 32 GTR
  11. Nup, Doughy ran a 12.05 in his black tonner on street tyres, and hes right handed. Gonna loan it to me for the cruise too!
  12. Take the lead shall I? Did a sub 12.5 on the perished old S03s with 40psi in em at Heathcote. I really think it ran an 8.79 though....which makes me faster than Keir.
  13. Errr Ok then. Most 15 year old Japanese imports have been looked after by one mature gentleman owner, who never revved it over 2000rpm on his way to the pachinko parlour and had installed a triple plate clutch to help exercise his new artificial hip. Doctors advice. Get real! Nothing wrong with an old thrasher. They are well cool! Next you will be telling me that Japs dont knock speedos! I laughed hard when the first yard I went to in Japan they had dashes lined up on the bench, winding kays off them. Ever noticed how many imports have 50,000km or 70,000km on them? If its already been trained to thrash, then count yourself lucky someone in Japan has broken it in for you, and get on with the job of flogging the thing over here
  14. Willall Racing have several RB26DETT engines in stock. Give them a call
  15. Sounds like an ex drift car. How cool!
  16. When John gets back out there hes going to open a can of whoopass on anything Skyline Ive got. Dont worry about that..... As for the utes though, hes got a lot of catching up to do! Bit of a Holden V Ford battle, and the Lions got it by a mile at this stage
  17. I wont be hunting at all if you dont loan me those parts I rang you about! It will be cool is all I can say. While I didnt really want to 'do' another Riceline at this stage, the guys down at Willall Racing gave me a pretty harsh ultimatum! Do it, or else! So, yeah, thanks to them I suppose for putting the ideas into my head, and then into reality. We have the complete built driveline, transmission, and looms done. Has to go into the body now. Not too hard. The One Tonner is at CAPA receiving a major upgrade (bigger supercharger, big cooler, different camshaft etc) to put it out in seach of 10s. Dont worry mate, I am sure ut will be able to stick with the XR . We wont stop with that car tills its in the '10 Sec' column of the LS1 Quick List
  18. Cmon now. My new Skyline project will be finished in two months and making its track debut at the July street meet. Cut me some slack....Time to go Munro hunting! :aroused:
  19. Why dont you come and race some of us 'Commodore' boys out the track? See who is best of type then Would be good to see how many lengths it will win by :headspin:
  20. Has anyone here performed a conversion like this? and kept the auto trans on the back of the RB26 complete with factory RB25 auto trans computer? Be interested to hear
  21. Just a note for any of you that are interested. Keir Wilson is running his R32GTR against the best street style V8s on offer at Heathcote Raceway this weekend. Its a first time in a long time that this car has been in Victoria to race, so some of you might want to have a look. He hopes for some strong 8 second passes. For information on the program - www.ls1dragnationals.com.au
  22. Oh well guys, be brave and drive over to Heathcote this weekend. Not only will you get a chance to race on one of the best prepped tracks in the country, you will also be able to see the car that bedded in your Nittos in action
  23. I just put them up at the owners request..... It would be nice though Steve if you could loan em to Matt for one run, just so we can see how good they really are on a car thats a 'known' quantity
  24. SOLD to Steve!
