  1. Yes it would be I believe Domino. Running a 9 is no burning desire for us though, been there and done that many times with the older GTRs before and know the procedure fairly well. It will be given a go, but not as a priority if you like. We certainly wont get involved in the US game of winding the things up till they go 9s or splatter conrods all over the track just to post a timeslip on a forum. In our opinion GTR is about much more than that. 400m times are interesting, but about 1/10th of the GTR story
  2. If its Dean as in Canto, he's a buzz to work with, and a real Skyline enthusiast, so hop to it!
  3. Probably Matt, I had some fitted to a Navara for a local guy. Anything can be fitted to anything - no we wont do it - but can point you in the right direction of someone who will Bring money - all yours!
  4. Oh yes R35 GTR seats, black edition (dark grey with red highlights) as new condition $2000 the pair (thats bloody cheap!)
  5. Got a complete set of R35 GTR brakes for sale off our old white car (they havent been on it since mid 2011) Thats front and rear calipers, AP Jhook disks (couple of sets, some well used, some still ok) and some Endless pads about 60-70% worn Take the lot and have the best brakes you have ever seen on an R32,33,34 for $2500.... Pm me!
  6. Domino was right Toyo R888 tyres on Volk G2 black rims, 10.5 front, 11 rear WR600 has a black/black theme going, even has the black carbon Velo race seat and black harnesses Now we have the tuning where we want it the WR600 will be back at the strip next meeting on some fresh boots to run down a 9 second pass. The Syvecs management system truly allows some amazing advances in tuning these cars, like the ability to have traction control that keeps the car totally under control in the wet, so very very different to factory
  7. Domino its the manual rpm scaling I have used between the two runs which has skewed the rpm readings on both graphs. Look at road speed instead for a true comparison. Ok back to it Here is the WR600 going through scrutineering with some of the old iron The timecard showing all the important data - and back at the workshop today installing the WR35WS Brake Water Spray system for the circuit meeting this weekend. Interesting fact when WR600 lined up for the 10.3 run it just registered 200km in total on the odometer
  8. Actually speaking of torque we decided to take the GTR out and test it at the track yesterday to dial in the Syvecs shifting etc and ran 10.3 @ 136mph while doing some mapping That makes the WR600 Club Spec the fastest GTR in Oz down the 1/4, and thats without actually trying to get the title or actually setting up for it to go 400m racing (old Toyo tyres that were laying around etc)
  9. I think the answer you guys seek is here - The anti-lag and launch control with the Syvecs ECU is breathtaking! The GTR is finished. Looks great with black rims, black paint, Velo carbon race seat, black harness etc. Very mean the WR600 Club Spec, and likes throwing a good half metre long flame on down full power shifts!
  10. And now for something a little more hard-edged...WR35TT ball bearing upgraded turbochargers bolted in place Engine is back in the GTR and will be on the dyno ready to tune with the Syvecs ECU this morning
  11. Look at existing 32s that are going fast at the local track here ie. sub 1:15 kind of lap times - and learn from them. Dont build a christmas tree, they are rarely fast.
  12. All those parts are staying Wardski, this is going to be a complete road car still with everything functional, just integrated roll over protection
  13. Engine out and ready for upgraded turbochargers and the rest of the WR600 package Full titanium race only (no mufflers) exhaust system in 90mm going on and prototype MY12 Transmission cooler in place
  14. Roll cage in, a functional piece tied to the chassis rather than a bolt in style All of the trim goes back into place with the cage being quite well hidden inside the structure of the car Interior trim now complete again its time for the engine to come out for upgrades
  15. Good to see a Willall tuned GTR win it
  16. Syvecs S8 R35 State of the art ECU has arrived.....very very nice!
  17. We went to one of these a couple of years back Northside are great folks, which is why our new MY12 came from them
  18. Doesnt really matter what type of dyno you use, however we prefer the Mainline AWD Have seen some instances of VDC/ABS playing up on the hub type dynos in the past. Hope that helps
  19. Some progress pictures Up on stands, wheels gone, ready to be stripped The interior comes out nicely and is carefully stored away Endless brakes have already replaced the stockers, roll cage fab getting ready!
  20. Brand new set of MY12 GTR rims travelled less than 100km (not a mark, no tyres) - $4200
  21. Ozstriker we run the Endless full braking system from our old GTR - it was all fresh and outperforms the stock system quite easily. Domino, it looks as though the calipers are cast differently to take the larger rotor...they are all sitting on the bench now! Syvecs S8 R35 ECU should land tomorrow then some cool things start to happen - boost at launch, rolling boost limiter, programmable launch control. Great development times ahead
  22. 2 x 2008 model Black Edition GTR seats (grey with red inserts) in as new condition 1 x 2008 set of brakes (several sets of second hand discs AP/stock mainly stuffed) - all working fine 12,000km from new 1 x 2012 set of brakes as new (travelled under 100km) Make me an offer....
  23. The 390mm brakes will be for sale as from next week. Less than 100km on the clock from new Make a - sensible! - offer and they can be yours
  24. Our new ADM MY12 GTR freshly delivered with less than 50km on the clock and getting ready for roll cage installation next week. This is going to be a minimalist build designed to set the fastest lap times for the lowest spend and show how good these cars really are. Lots of lessons learned from GTR Mk 1. Mk2 will be better in every way LC5 works a treat.
