i'm using r33 gtr injectors which were cleaned and flowed before install. I'm still having the spiking knock reading with lighter throttle and and when coming off boost sometimes....not as much... What kind of BOV are you guys using.......plumb back or atmo venting. I'm using a stock BOV so could it be the extra air venting back making a difference?? I've got lifter noise on the exhaust side too, i've replaced all my exhaust manifold studs too about a year ago. I've found one is missing again. i've got some new tomei cams sitting here waiting to go in but i want to fix this problem before i start the next mod. I cant be bothered going back to a workshop since the last two i've seen have wasted my time and money.

hey roy i've got some nice 256 poncam sitting next to me.....wanna test them out for me? You reakon a hks 2530 will spool up earlier with these cams? btw you reakon the rb20 box with break with slicks on the rear???

i remember reading a post on this forum about the same problem and the solution was the the alarm or something to do with it. Apparently the pfc needs power for a few seconds after the car is switched off to save its settings. Thats all i can remember reading about that problem.

the rb20det actuator holds 18psi with blitz spec S pretty steady. tapers off at the top end

i used a arc kit, easy to install and efficient.

The same thing happens in every single thread like this.......really who gives a rats arse who tuned it. Williamsf1 made good numbers and he wanted to share it. good stuff mate. sit back and relax and call jim up and ask why he uses 12 to 12.5 AFR on his tunes when others use 11.5 or so. Cheers
