It sure was, i never got to use it. wolverine's setup was really professional on his r33, it looked like it was extremely efficient. also a top bloke.

if u look at the metal plate behind the cam gears(r32), it has fins that allow air flow from the cam gears to flow into the coil pack area. could be good for cooling?

i put a r33 gtr pump in my r32, it wasnt as easy as i thought....i used the rubber that goes at the bottom of the put and put it between the pump and the bracket and then zip tied it in 4 spots and it almost sounds like the stock one still(doesnt vibrate). I had to cut the metal hose down abit so i could move the pump upwards. I then used a spare new EA ford falcon filter sock i had lying around she was good as gold..... i had to adjust it abit because the first time i put it in, it was touching the bottom of the tank. So maybe i'm just bodgy!

i'll have some results for this thread next week. rb20det stock internals HKS gt2530 cam gears gtr pump 3 inch -> 3 1/2 inch exhaust ARC fmic nismo fpr gtr 444cc injectors....about to be installed splitfire coil packs power fc .....about to be installed Blitz ebc (running .9bar) hoping for some good response and about 190rwkw hopefully next week to be taken to jim at CRD to put the finishing touches on it. I'll keep you guys posted on how it goes.

Hey Guys, I wanna take the peice between the two rocker covers out, the part that covers the coils. The problem is where can i mount the igniter pack after that. where have you guys put it??? cheers George

the rb20det would be pretty tired by now and might not like the thinner oils these days......i use penrite hpr 40 on my r32 gtst to keep decent oil pressure. (25-70w) Only thing is it needs more heat in the mornings. George

super intake is the option i think from memory???

Had similar experience with a non performance car. A mistubishi express van. Put new cat and replaced exhaust which had holes in it. It started to rattle when cold then even when hot after 25000km........apparently if the car is out of tune (ie. running rich) the cat warranty is void. The van was running mega rich tho. Minor details which i wasnt told about.

I have a front mount ARC cooler. I think they are really good but expensive. i spent about 1500 on mine from japan and it was a direct bolt up with the front bar off. All pipes were included. With 1.2 bar on the dyno for several runs it kept its cool. As for side mount, ARC and Trust make the best ones.
