hey mate, i've had a similar problem with an r32 gtst
turned out to be the alarm, would randomly cut the ignition to the engine. Left me stranded a few times. it was a brant alarm.
hopefully that helps
hey i'm running r33 gtr wheels on my 32
i have federal 595RS's 235/40 all round
the fronts are fine, no probs at all.
The rear touches when i go over speed humps faster than usual.
Ride hight is about 330-340 mm all round
glad they found these assholes.
also my tips are;
back to base alarms are a waste unless they are GSM based with backup battery. (still can be blocked)
dvr systems are a waste if there arent secured and out of sight with a backup battery.
i've posted my recent experience with some cams in the post below, i'm happy with the results
its running a 2530, pfc, 444cc inj, exhaust, cooler, 256/8.5mm cams & cam sprokets

I didnt make 260rwkw but i thought i'd share my rb20 powah!
Finally managed to install 256 tomei cams in my rb20 and have it tuned.
Previously made 207rwkw @ CRD with 1.25bar (without cams)
Without any cam timing it managed 225rwkw @ CRD with 1.25bar
With cam timing tweaked for response and torque it made 215rwkw but gained everywhere else.
The map is running much richer.
I dont have a print out, i will ring jim and ask him to fax me one so we can compare against the old tune.
Currently want to move existing server which i have setup in my office
5 x 1RU servers
1 x webserver
1 x mail server
1 x DC server
2 x APP server (RDP) - latency is a priority
these are running off a sym dsl connection which is at its limits. i want to cut back my link costs and invest it in some rack space.
i'm currently looking at pipe, netregistry, ultraserve and server australia
i'm currently exchanging emails with Anil from netregistry, hopeful we find a price to agree on.
hey everyone,
i'm looking for companies which offer server co location space, needing about 6RU to start out with. any ideas??
i need it to be sydney.
i know of a few in sydney but i'm looking for some feedback on others
OR even if someone has some spare space in their rack at global switch or something along those lines.
thanks
George
we've had 3 cars stolen from five dock in 15 years
nice area....but those little pricks.
A bunch of them drive around in shitboxes (old pulsars) and they scope out the cars in the area.
I left a set of 4 light truck tyres on a ute once for 20 mins at the front of my place and they were taken...
1 x XF Falcon - never found
1 x XD Fairmont - found stripped to a shell....even carpet lining gone
1 x Pulsar - never found
i guess thats why my insurance is skyhigh.
i hear r33 boats do well in the rain
i think 1:20 i respectable for a first time + wet.
the quickest i've managed 1:17 in the dry. i'd say you'd be able to do a ~1:15/16 without much drama.
i finally did it on saturday.
its good fun, you dont need to speed to enjoy it....just keeping the speed limit through corners was good enough.
it was very quiet for a saturday, most of the time was spent without a car in sight. Had a pie too. (hmm)
had to get get back onto the f3 at peats ridge, OP was closed.
cheers for the info.
p.s Liz - i'm just warming up!
thanks for the heads up
not going for a fang.....just gonna head up around 2ish and i wanted to see what all the hype was.
--edit--
just had a look at whereis....its looks very tight through mooney mooney
