Hey Kristian Great ideas, as you said with the piolots and there simulation software, drivers should have to go through the same thing aswell, but more realistic, not a racing simulator or a non realistic government one that is not detailed enough. A proper software package that is combined with a realistic car, that puts drivers under multiple test. I for a matter of fact was looking into trying to get a prototype set up, eventually, of some kind of simulation software that wasd able to mimic as close as possible the movements of a car when it has lost control so that the person driving would be able to see what it would be like. Obviously this take alot of time and effort, but if the governement was willing to fund ideas like this i believe it would be well worth while. I for sure would be keen on getting this kind of software developed so that these kind of accidents dont happen to people that i know. Keep up the ideas and if anything comes about with any simulation software, shout me a pm as i know a couple of people that could be willing to help out. Adam

ey mate just to let you kno. bring the ADR papers that are posted on a thread here with you to regency. if you read them, nowhere in there does it say that coil overs, adjustable or not, are illegal. Therefore you can leagally have them, ive heard its just a unwritten law at regency that you cant. If they do say something, be polite:D and tell them that no where in the ADR papers does it have that coil overs are illegal, and then just ask for some written legislation somewhere if they persist. My mates have gotten through wid adjustable ones heaps of times. Just make sure the height is legal and you'll be right with the suspension. Just dont hold me to it but defiantely read those ADR papers ive read em a couple of times and cant find anything anywhere

hey guys ive got these section spec RM/A8 coil overs on my 33, they came with the car when i bought them. Appanrently there fully adjustable but was wondering what do: the little knobs on top of the coil overs do what do 2 nuts do just under the spring and what do the nuts do at the botom of the thread my understanding from looking at the is that the top knob does the damper. how do you adjust it, with an alan key? the 2 nuts under the spring, do they adjust the stiffness of the spring, so if i lowered that would make it a softer ride but would also lower the car. dont kno what the bottom one does. if any1 has any help on this it would be much apreciated. I agree to most of this, the sticker issue seem to be a good plan, but as long as we dont go giving them to every tom dick and harry. Also im part of the Engineers Australia Also,should graduate at the end of the year. There are definately lots of car mad engineers, especially mechanical ones that once done a corse that allows them to do engineer reports would be a good thing for us as we could get their opinions on the matter and whats safe and unsafe.

ok then ill use one of these you reckon it will flow well. but i was looking at the metal cats but i dunno yet, any one have any knowledge one the walker ones. i can pick on of them up for 195. or a magnaflow high flow cat, but its an oval shape one, not round, for 170

Yea mate ive done my searching. Found some cats that flow between 400CFM and 450CFM, would these be fine. There rated cells per inch are 200. But my main answer was the shape. I know i need one that flows well.

Hey everyone need some opinions on what cat i should get. Just got my self a 3" dump/front pipe, am trying to look for a good cat thats a good price.I was looking at a 3" high flow but what brand/shape/kind. Ive been told that one with a beel mouth shape is better for a turbo but i still dont know. What do you guys reccomend. If anyone is trying to ger rid of one let me know. Cheers guys

Hey guys needs some help as no one has been able to help me out yet..... Am tryin to find out what brand coil overs came on my 33. I have asked around and no one has been able to tell me. The only thing i know is that they are Grey colour and have japanese wrting all over them. Any1 have any ideas? Also with the damper adjust on them what do you have to do to adjust it, is it as simple as loosening with an allen key and adjusting to the setting you want or is it more complicated. ey guys jst a heads up, was at the girlfriends house the other night, was jst leaving and i heard some v8 with a loud as exhaust pull up in front of the house n sit there for a min, as i walked out the gate saw some guy susing out my car. Guy dring looked pretty dodge Saw some1 get back in the car so dunno wat was up wid but looked a bit sus. Anyway thought id let all you guys know, they were driving a purple vs series 2 or 3 i think, stato with cromies and a hell loud exhaust. So if any1 spots this car gimmy a heads up, if ya get a plate # would be nice cause i kno people who could find some stuff out. Keep on the look out.
