  1. Spotted one or two Skylines at Kaleen shops tonight at about 7:30ish.... I didn't see much detail cause I was in the Italian Kitchen eating dinner but I couldn't miss the glow of the sexy round lights!
  2. Poo I am on call for work so can't wander that far away on that weekend Sounds like a good idea and I'd be up for it in the future!
  3. I really wanted to go but I was really sick on Sunday and not up for it. Were there many cars out?
  4. Are many people heading out for this? I'll be going up for a look
  5. Good move... I think CC are going to do the same.
  6. What can I say... I thought that I was supposed to be the girl! Was disappointed that they locked the thread though!
  7. Tony Farugias is awesome (they fixed our Audi when someone ran up the back of it) but they don't like working on old cars and will often refer you somewhere else. Jracing has done some repair work for me and I've always been really happy with their work.
  8. LOL then you'll notice I've had nothing better to do today than torment the commodore guys on there... Yeah, I turned up with about 5-10 other guys so we could have a chat, check out each others cars and go take some nice photos cause one of them is a photographer. Then some Commodore club turned up... Quite a lot of them were ok but they were really loud and stuff and then the heroes started arriving, squealing the wheels all the time and fishying around and stuff before the burnouts started... Just the crap you don't really need. But hey don't dare single out the commodore drivers and call them hoons
  9. They aren't Canberra Cruises guys and the CC guys that were with the Commo guys reckon that they don't know the people that are causing the problems... The CC guys that I was with were just trying to avoid all that too - took off as soon as it started happening. We got a big bitching thread going on
  10. Was more than just Canberra Cruises... We took off because there were some tossers in commodores etc that started doing burnouts
  11. Saw a white R33 this morning going past Page shops - chick driving I think... Sooo much black on the back above the exhaust, made mine look clean!
  12. Spotted lots of w*nkers driving commodores doing burnouts at the museum last night... Good choice to move on to somewhere else!
  13. Oh poo that's the same day as the drift day at wakefield I think, was planning to mosey on out there to have a look. But thanks I shall check out the website and see what it's about! Might pop along next time
  14. LOL I don't because that would be a bit silly! Was bad enough blowing a turbo, let alone the engine Currently it's at 15psi. Well that depends, I'm hoping towards the end of the year or early next year. Maybe earlier, depends on how well I save up. To stop with his crazy wife's nagging hubby has let us set up a "GTR Fund"! Thanks. Definately keen for some track days. What's the deal with these hill climb things? And yep that's me that parks at Russell, cheers!
  15. LOL trust me it doesn't look like that at the moment!
  16. Hi Guys, I've been reading for a while usually come here when I need advice! Thought it was time I said hello and posted up a piccy of my pride and joy! 1989 R32 GTR White with white sparcos Tein coilovers (and a heap of other repair work to the suspension) Apexi Power FC Apexi Power FC Boost Controller Apexi Pod Filters Turbo back exhaust (pretty old possibly Apexi but needs replacing anyways) Garrett 2860-7 turbos Stereo wise it's got a JVC Headunit that was in it when I got it - plan to rip it out soon cause it's rubbish. Boston Accoustic 6" splits, some crappy rear fillers, 12" Alpine sub, Apline V12 amp powering the sub and a Soundstream Little Wonder powering the front and rears... The list of what I want to do is obviously much bigger than the one I have done! An engine rebuild will be on the cards at some point but at the moment at 18psi she dynos at 300rwkw and at my daily drive level of 15psi its at 280rwkw. It's taken a while for me to actually post but it's good to see I get plenty of waves from friendly Skyline drivers around Canberra!
