  14. NULON NATIONALS - ROUND 3 - DRAG BATTLE Ok guys, for those of you that are unaware SAU has been competing in the 3 round club vs club challenge that Nulon has been kind enough to put on for us. Nulon has been looking after car clubs by not only running these events but also sponsoring each driver with the entry fees, merchanidise and even their product. The rounds consisted of - Hillclimb - Buladelah Track battle - Wakefield Park Drag battle - Cootamundra Airport If you have attended one of the previous events or are planning on spectating at this event (details at the bottom of this thread) please make sure you thank the Nulon team for allowing our club to be a part of this awesome event, also keep an eye out for the man that made all this happen "Chris Dawe" and make sure you buy him a beer to say thanks! Head over too - http://www.nulon.com.au/ or give them a like on Facebook!!! Now it is time for the 3rd and final round and with double points on the table we figured we better step it up a notch. 15. Blue R34 @ Nicholls shops just after 5. Nice red socks!
  16. Going to just leave this here... http://www.rhdjapan.com/os-giken-close-gear-kit-5-speed-nissan-rb26dett-input-shaft.html That's a really good price. Not sure if just on sale or if our dollar is just really strong against the YEN right now.
  17. Yeah you can never be sure by just buying another box. Depends what power the car is making and what Anthony's goals are with it too. After going through 2 boxes, I think building was a better option to me but that said I flog the f**k out of my car and launch it at 9.5k I spoke to one of the CRD boys and although brilliant their guy doesn't take external customers. They did say Award is very good.
  18. I've heard nothing but good about Award Diffs and Gearbox. Just waiting to hear back from CRD as to who they use. I just bought the gearset and paid for it they organised the rest for me.
  19. Depends what you rebuild it with. Only people I know that have ever had it done (myself included) went to Sydney. I can find out who was used though if you're interested. I never had issues with 4th gear. First box I did 3rd and in the second box (33 vspec one) I did 2nd.
  20. From memory the GTS-T part numbers are also the same, had to get a second hand one to replace mine several years ago. They're pretty exxy when new from Nissan!
  21. Haha I wasn't sure if you saw!! I thought waving would look odd!!
  22. Black 34 GTR and a black R32 both on London Cct around 2:30 today. Was standing outside on phone. Blonde chick in brightly coloured jacket ogling cars!
  23. Crime is crime unfortunately and people in that lifestyle don't have that type of empathy they just want the next quick buck. They obviously don't have the same set of values or appreciate what it is to work hard for something that you love like that. Same as how I guess drug dealers don't think about the impact of what they're selling on the people who are buying it from them. I do not sleep easy if for any reason I have to leave the GTR outside somewhere.
