    White 33 GTR on London circuit this morning, saw it leave and park in the carpark across from Rydges. Also saw a black R35 gunning it along the big roundabout. Stop teasing me with GTRs while I'm stuck in the office!

    I've spotted a fair few lately, just been too lazy to mention lol

    GTR tanks are around 70L. I have 2 large pumps in tank and no surge tank so I never let it get below 50L max. GTR is currently about 15L/100 on the highway. My only pre req on fuel economy is that I can get to Sydney from Canberra on one tank of fuel and it does that.

    At the moment I'm getting 300km out of a tank. Consumables alone, driving the GTR there would just makes no sense. But that aside unfortunately I can't go anyway (unless I decide to fly down just for the weekend closer to the time) so there better be lots of photos!

    On a straight shitty road with cops everywhere... Yeah awesome... I'd be towing it if I was going. I don't see the point in wasting fuel and tyre wear on a drive like that either. ~12 hours better spent in the X5! Different cars for different applications.

    We do it in a day as well. It's just shit boring and I can think of a thousand better ways to spend a day of my life!

    I hate the Hay plains so much I can't even tell you how many times I've done that freaking trip. I wish I could go and have the GTR in my old stomping grounds (I grew up in Adelaide) however too close to my US trip in November. Look forward to seeing pics and footage, will be an epic convoy!
