  1. Spotted a silver R33 on Pialligo Ave bout 1:30ish gave a wave but may have been too late. Also was a white 33 and a yellow 34 at the sound comp but no one I knew and I wasn't there for long.
  2. Haha not a coriander fan so I'll continue to skip that but glad you liked Terry! I didn't try the pork belly, that might have to be done next time...
  3. ^^ This! Anyone follows me home and it will not be well received!
  4. Oooh I'm a bit jelly! I hope you love as we did!
  5. Haha thanks guys! If it was a couple of days ago wasn't me, drove her home from Syd last night
  6. I think the contingent in Wagga varies as to who is on base at any given time
  7. Last year was the longest mine's ever been offroad but was a fairly major project for it. Besides that in 7 years it had probably spent no more than 6 months offroad in total.
  8. Enjoy your long lasting engine if that's how you like to go about it...
  9. Yeah mine does lap it up after the hour or so it takes to warm up...
  10. I love the heat. I always meant to leave Canberra but then I married a Canberra boy and got trapped!
  11. I don't cope well with Canberra winter.
  12. Crazy 34 driver in the city wearing shorts!!! It's 3 degrees mofo!
  13. ^^ This is how Canberra is starting to look... But as people are saying it's all down to the driver there is no such thing as too much power for the street. I always thought 350kw would be "enough" but it wasn't and as I go higher in power level I still drive mine on street on a regular basis when I have it.
  14. I love how Canberrans think it's far to drive from one side of town to an other as if half an hour is such a huge chunk out of their lives I would come but I have other friends going in the city so we're heading to Dendy.
  15. Given up officially spotting Jimmy who doesn't notice me even with flashing lights and whatever I can do to grab attention LOL! Think I spotted RIchard in the GTR going opposite way to me on GDE or the parkway this morning. Parked opposite a black stag with for sale sign on the back this morning too.
  16. Actually in NSW I thought it was something high like 7 or 8 points with the ability to dish out a point or 2 for defects as well? On one of those police shows last night a motorbike rider on his P's got done at least 6 points for riding a bigger bike than his license allowed. Something really isn't adding up with your story if you do in fact have a WA license.
  17. Sorry bit late on this, Canberra. Can post things or possibly arrange something if in Sydney.
  18. I'll be there
  19. She went up to Syd to stay while I was on hols. She also got a new vacuum booster (cause brakes are awesome), engine covers coated and 2 step setup
  20. I think there are actually different rules for military personnel when it comes to moving and re registering their cars etc (in that you don't have to change every time you're posted) so double check that one but I think leaving it set to your home state would be ok.
  21. I like how you pre empted that "HEY!" and mini frown that Selk and I bought probably thought reading your comments there Eric! Dropped in on my white bitch on the weekend. She'll be home and available for spotting in about a week.
  22. I did have a bit of a read on it and it varies from state to state how the different laws apply. If you have a WA license surely you'd be ok then? I know ACT license holders are when they are in NSW. Haha it's a 7675. I went a bit crazy last year
  23. And back on topic, my GTR got a new CF pressie the other day, covers are at powdercoaters as we speak: And some others from the ACT NSW Midway Meetup a few months back:
  24. I think they are but the one in Canberra was a separate incident. I can't recall details 100% but I was fairly certain was a black GTR in 1997 or so. I've heard of the CRD one they are talking about as well. Nasty stuff. Doens't matter where your mailing address is, if you have a NSW P plate license I'm fairly certain you're still stuffed.
  25. There was a fairly nasty crash in Canberra (which I believe was a 34 GTR) kid took Dad's car out of the garage and car nor kid never made it home. RE being able to drive a GTR in Canberra, if you're stuck on restrictions wouldn't it be a limitation to the conditions on your license and have no bearing on which state you are in?
