  1. My little daily. Slow as hell but she's economical and decent enough to drive
  2. We have had good numbers together in the past! I always love the big events when all the cars come to play.
  3. Haha I was going to flash my lights at you the other day, forgot for a second I wasn't in the GTR and washed my windscreen instead!! Silly backwards Euros!
  4. Spotted Jimmy on the GDE this morning. Probs going to be a common spotting with my start time over next few weeks while I'm working in Woden.
  5. If you see some random in a bright red beema waving then it's me lol At least you didn't cut me off at that intersection like someone did this morning - was most unimpressed and when it happens there's NEVER anyone behind me!
  6. Either this morning or yesterday morning (I *think* this morning) was a white 34 turned out from Amaroo onto Horsepark drive. Definitely this morning spotted Jimmy near Mitchell and this afternoon on the parkway followed by a white 34. All while stealthed in my red 318. I never see Skylines when I'm in mine!
  7. Haha you don't need to tell me this, I do and I was there
  8. Membership info is stickied in NSW and found here: http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/365434-s-a-u-n-s-w-club-membership-faq/
  9. I hope there's another one before mid next year, was a fun day!
  10. Good to see all those 35s lining up to have a crack though! Hope people go and take lots of video/pics!
  11. I think that some of the NSW Execs had cards made up... I can check up on this. I think I too have a SAU ACT sticker from way back somewhere too... Some of them were custom and had people's names incorporated in them as well. And no stickers doesn't mean they have no idea about the forum, some people either don't like to post (have plenty of friends like that) and others just don't do stickers (you'll never find one on my car!).
  12. There's a lot more to running a club than just organising a cruise. ACT folk don't have a great track record to turning up to official events even when SAU NSW bring them to us. You'll also find a lot of other clubs locally have tried and failed including the Supra club. It's difficult getting enough dedicated people to form the committee required. Link to the NSW Membership info is here for anyone that hasn't got it http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/365434-s-a-u-n-s-w-club-membership-faq/ Shell often gets overloaded so you don't always hear back straight away, the first indication though is when the NSW Club Member status appears under your name and you get access to the additional forum.
  13. Yeah I'm more nervous driving in NSW than anywhere!
  14. It's a fun day! I'd be there if I was here And yes SEMA is going to be amazing! Shame they double up but I'm super excited about going to the US!
  15. You spend thousands on engineering so it's not a total flamin mongrel to get through rego when you do have to go. Price we pay for having these cars unfortunately.
  16. And yeah after a quick read, I think you'd be Group 3, Class D as well.
  17. I think I know what yours will be but digging for sup regs... Yeah I would have been very keen for this but I'll be in Las Vegas - tough life eh
  18. I believe it works both ways. Pretty f**king retarded!
  19. In ACT they will often defect you with an engineers cert as well. If you are ACT registered and got defected in NSW any NSW inspection station should be able to clear it for you (have had several friends go through this process). You can ignore it but it may show up in your future trips in NSW?
  20. If you're still stuck I'll have a look at the regs and see if I can work out what it'll be. I would have been in Group 3, Class D.
  21. Your car is far from stock. You'll be in one of the modified categories.
  22. We ate at Chedi Thai Restaurant in Newtown not that long ago and is the best Thai food I've ever eaten in Australia. We found out when paying that the owner of that actually owns the place where we stay every year in Thailand so I guess that explains a bit Here's their website for anyone interested http://www.chedi.com.au/
  23. Was a good little car. First guy that saw it ended up taking it. Was up for sale for only a few weeks. Handy, means I didn't have to renew rego!
