Ok Bob you'll need to confirm that with Terry/Motive. I'm not sure what the process is for that but while we have involvement with it (it's mostly our members) it's separate to the entries here.

So to be clear, the payment goes to Motive DVD but we're collecting the forms for them which we will submit together so that we can park together as a club. Did you send your forms to the SAU NSW Gmail account or straight off to Motive? Or is it possible you're in the Heritage display?

Damien yes your name is on the list. If we don't get to everyone individually, please give us some credit that maybe we'd chase up with you at the due date to see what is going on. I will ensure everyone that posts in this thread has their entry received. Bob I haven't seen yours yet, when did you send it in? I will get an updated list and let you guys know. (note I'm following up but I don't have the mailbox details)

Opens at 5:30am I was thinking 5:30-6. If we leave by 6 that still gives time for a quick pit stop and easily there for a 9am arrival.

I haven't seen entry forms yet mofo!!! As for times, i'll check with Hawkins what time it all kicks off then we can come up with something from there. I'd be expecting really farking early though.

We will have an area for each model of GT-R to be displayed and there will be multiple show and shine categories with trophies awarded also.
