I think the main places will still be open - King O'Malleys has this on their website: "Over this Easter and Anzac Day long weekend King O'Malley's will be having free live music every night."
But from memory I've been out on the Friday night and it can be a bit of a ghost town. Might have to change family stuffs....
I don't think this has taken off anywhere so looks unlikely.
Although I do believe that we are considering donating proceeds raised from the dyno day to Japan.
I don't think Checkers is there anymore. There's always the G Spot in Gungahlin though.
Have fun. If you go ahead with the 6th of my by the time you're standing out at a food van in the cold, I'll be arriving in warm awesome Thailand and heading for the first of many pina coladas
Awesomes. I have my Andra license etc already.
I might have an issue with the 11 second rule. After a few practice launches I know I'm going to end up saying f**k it and go my hardest to get kicked out
Awwww I want pink earmuffs!!!!! I have Hello Kitty on my helmet
Actually, if I can't make it on the day cause something happens like me already getting banned for no roll cage, I will try come and pitt bitch as well.
I'm guessing that we'd still need to meet Andra standards and we'd need to bring appropriate gear and licences etc if we have them?
If a car was to run under an 11.0 on the day will they just be asked not to run again or will this cause issues?
Shame Heathcoate isn't a little closer
Well give it time, we still have 2 months before the day. Personally I think it'd be best to get as many Skylines and Supras up for this as possible first.
Covering the day, showing the cars on the dyno.
Wouldn't need to be anything expensive or overly flash but I know for one I'd like better coverage of my car than the dodgy phone footage I got last year.
