OK 1st Removal of air box.. Done this ages ago on my old 34 so don't ask me bolt by bolt... Generally undo all the clips the AFM off the box n all that crap take the panel filter out and I think the bolts were either inside the bottom of the box or around it somewhere anyway find them and undo them. ALSO i dunno if needed or not but there was a VAC line going to the box... I took this VAC pin out of the box and drilled a small hole into the back of my POD rubber put it inside so it sticks out nice and tight threw the hole... left it to attach that line to later... simply attach the adaptor plate to your AFM and squeeze the pod on with a clamp to tighten if u want that gasket get it i don't think you need it. (you can get brackets to put in between the adapter plate to secure your pod somewhere to the chassis there's plenty of places where the pod sits you can bold it to... just find the appropriate bracket and there you have it all done ! I hope this somewhat helped you lol but yeah not 100% if you need that VAC line.. but you will see what i mean when u find it. Cheers, George

Crackling noise maby spigot bush is worn not sure see the reason I'm guessing is my mate had his clutch replaced (bakyard job) and the installer couldn't get the spigot bush out so they left it.. (i know..tools) but yeh the noise got worse work shop says "doesn't sound good at all ..." told him didnt replace the spigot and he goes thats prolly it... now the peddle not coming back up ... put it this way.. u blow ur clutch the clutch peddle will stick right down lol so maby its on its way... now im not 1000% but yeah just from some small experience its all i can think of...

Errm GT-RS man.. whole kit ur looking at like 4k.. lol heap of kesh but i guess its an awesome kit... I'd be going with the 2530 a lot of people love these... small turbo good for like 230kw... and great response..! trust me for an rb20 u want response...! I'm gonna go for a 2530 myself but just gotta wait no kesh and I'm gonna love it in the GTS-4 good luck with choosing if i had the money i might have considered the gt-rs take care.

Mines fiberglass small 3 inch split previous owner taped a wall or something and it pushed where the bolts go in on the quarter pannel splitting the corner bend is it worth fixing fiberglass or just buy a new bar?

if you do this ull end up bending the clips at the front.. and good luck geting them bak in when ur refitting... ur bottom part of the bak seat must come out 1st... simply stick ur hand under find where the bottom clips are sitting stick in a breaker bar far in and reeeef it up ull hear a snap sound dont worry coz its just the rusty clip coming out nothing will break... do the same to the other side... these are just U shape stick ins their not curved in or anything... once the bottom is out ull see the back seat top part is bolted in at the bottom think it was a 8mm nut on both sides..... once their out push up and pull back the seat will come off... !!! let me know how u go! I dunno if its the engine... but my old r32 (rb20) did the same thing....never figured it out .... it would just fkn stall while driving 1st ok 2nd ok slap 3rd or slap 2nd some times and she would stall while moving....i duno if this is the same problem but mate if u figure this out ide love to know as i think alot of these rb20s do it... BAHAHAH this is classic... you tools could have just told him to put a seal gasket in-between the bov and pipe and block the vac line...? Dhumee listen bud having ur car flutter means your turbine will rapidly stop and spinn (retard) in the other direction when u release throttle... this in turn will slowly damage your turbo... if you still want to do this just block the vac line and put a solid gasket between the blo off valve and your car will SSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS TOTOTOOTO lmao if you like / dislike the sound of flutter keep your opinion to your self... he asked how to do it not what you guys think of the sound.... Oki pulling up an old thread due to talking about the same stuff in another topic which had nothing to do with it! This is properly the smart way to do this and most likely will be doing it soon! Q1: How much did the gasket cost that you ripped? do you have a part number? Q2: How much is the ballast resistor? can we get some pics? so i can just go to the jap wrecker local and grab one ? Q3: What did you use as lube for your seals? did you go with the Vaseline? George

Ok doing some research found a old topic (search feature didn't work found through google.) http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/Gt...det-t62674.html In all gtr injectors fit but u need the resistor pack and u gotta do some soldering but i dont think that hassle is worth it coz if u get different injectors later on taking off the resistor pack again will be draining... but i dunno if you will need to meh...

being an ass n budding in... im after around 230awkw on my r32 rb20... will r32 gtr injectors fit my rb20 ? after reading they might save me buying new ones u kno... if so ill just get some 2nd hand gtr ones n get them cleaned
