i have just brought a r32 and need the replace the head lamp globes And the are not your standard h4 Hellogen globes But the plug on the harness appears to be a h4 type plug Can some please shed light on this for me

im chasing a bell housing or a blown rb 25 r33 gearbox..... as i need it to convert a vg30 box to fit a rb25...... so what have you got........
