if i can get my injectors out + fixed i'll try have a gander before or after gazznats

ive got the usual old seals in my standard injectors and i want to get em out and have all the seals replaced and injectors flow tested etc. how do i go about getting them out? ive been looking over the service manual and there is no guide to getting them out, any advice & pics would be great, like what bolts to take off and how to get the injector itself out, is it screwed in or?? cheers rhys
