  1. So will it work if I used a relay that completes the brake wire circuit when reverse is selected (to power the relay) with my foot on the brake to reset the CEL? This would be easiest for me as it will reset everytime I reverse out of the driveway. Why would have Nissan used this throttle restriction?
  2. Car looks nice and clean. Where is it being complied?
  3. Nice work there Leon. For beginners like myself, is the brake wire +12v? Just trying to work out how to wire in a relay to the reverse switch on the gear shift so it resets everytime I drive the car and don't have to explain the need to reset a switch to the missus. Any help appreciated. Cheers
  4. What are the wheel and core specs of your new unit and pricing? Cheers
  5. Hey Craig, what are the wheel specs for that Sierra S1 and who does it? I assume its a bush bearing core? Cheers
  6. Have you got any instructions on how to wire up the driving lights for high beam usage? I'm keen to do it to mine.
  7. JIS used to sell the shim kits for under $100 new. Might be worth seeing if they still do.
  8. The rubber hat on the rear springs, you'll need to keep them to use yourself. Just a heads up ?
  9. Looks a/market for the cameras. Does it have the DVD rom in upper glove box? Just get a digital tv tuner and hook it up and enjoy. Looks good like that, nice and neat. I actually prefer that look to my factory pop up screen.
  10. Cheers for the quick write up. Seems very do able in car.
  11. Mine has the same button. It tilts the mirrors on reverse. Maybe it was disconnected during compliance for some reason.
  12. What's wrong with factory Bov? I see a lot of you guys change to a/market. Just block up the recirc whole in the factory unit and they hold a lot more boost. I did this to the factory unit on my 180sx and has held 20psi with no problems. I know of guys running more psi with the stocker.
  13. Did you remove the turbo with the engine in? Any tips on how you went about it?
  14. That's the BIG problem with SAU, the edit function is only available for a short time after posting and then it's gone.
  15. C34 auto is a 4 speed not 5. The M35 has a 5 speed. How different is the fuel consumption for both on highway and around the city?
  16. If your going to leave it relatively stock I would choose the turbo model for the extra pulling torque. Just do the a/market dump pipe, good air filter with power duct or similar, trans shift kit with trans cooler at a minimum.
  17. The normal gift I bring back is Jap porn! Any good?
  18. Jase, going back for holidays, only 2 weeks this time ? I'm heading off to the drift matsuri at ebisu for a couple days then catch up with friends in Tokyo, nagoya and Nagano.
  19. Sorry, im out of the buy as heading back to japan ?? so keeping all monies to spend there. That's a pugalier
  20. I removed it myself and dropped it to them then refitted myself. You can just buy a boot kit from them for about half that price but I liked the idea of them doing so they can check the joint out 100% as they know more about them than myself. Plus I had to factor in the extra cost of the correct type of grease that I would have to buy. 21. Had the same drive shaft done in mine in Adelaide. Cost supplied and fitted from memory was around $100. At that price it's not worth stuffing around yourself.
  22. Any chance you can give us a break down of the cost to buy and deliver the front bar?
  23. Did you set your pianos to max castor on both sides?
  24. Please share the correct way to do it as I'm still to do mine and have NO idea about the correct way. ? Cheers.
  25. So do you just unplug it and the pump will start or do you need to put +12v to it? What side of the plug will need the +12v if that's the case? Thanks
