Gave the m35 the 8ltrs of E10 100oct from emptying the tank in the 180SX before it was filled with E85. Just a pity it's raining so I can't really test drive it.

The dry spell for 100e10 was due to the floods in qld months ago, csr didn't have enough sugar cane for ethanol. There's nothing in it between 98 e10 and 100e10 as last time I had my 180 on the dyno it wouldn't take any more timing and power stayed the same at 270rwkw.

You should re wire it as most nissans (that I'm aware of) have a voltage dropper in line for the fuel pump and it won't get 14v. Walbro pumps need 14v to get the best from them.

All the United servos in SA have E10 100oct. While I was there today I noticed they have now dropped boost 98 e10 and replaced it with e85!!! Going to fill the jerry cans tonight to run the 180SX on it, hello 300 + rwkw and all on 18psi with a gt2871r!

I've run mine on e10 100oct since I bought it and works a treat.

I thought Craig was doing caster arm change overs. I bought a set of super pro from upper camber am offset bushes for $150. Just need to find time to fit them.

That's a hard one thing to change as that workshop would have the import approval so you can't just take it to any compliance shop unless they agree for you to do so. I doubt they would agree as it's money lost for them.

Yeah it includes fluid. That's my thinking also. From Craig it would be about $250 installed and returned to me plus about $100 for oil and my stuffing around to remove and refit the valve body, and the car off the road for what would end up taking a week. I can drop the car off to MV on a Thursday and pick it up on the Friday all done for $450-480. Craig is a great option for guys living near him but I think MV is a better option for us SA guys.

The issue Australia has with them is that they aren't self leveling so they can shine in the eyes of on coming cars. I don't know why they couldn't keep them but disable the manual height adjustment and just have them at a fixed lower point than the manual adjust will allow. But Australia apparently knows best.

Only suggestion I have is to buy another set when you get the car back from him. I can see his point as he could get audited on that car and catch him out. RAWS choose cars to audit at random so you can't say it won't happen and it covers his ass. Im lucky I got to keep mine

Just got a quote from MV Automatice to fit the Transgo kit, $450-480 for fitting, pretty happy with that. Also getting a price from my brothers work mate that is a qualified trans mechanic. Still tossing up if Ill have a crack myself, doesn't look too hard. Either way would like it fitted in the next couple weeks.

Does anyone know if there is a cable to connect rca into the cd stacker function on the single din factory stereo? Can it plug into the back of the stereo or only the jdm tv tuner? Cheers

Finished up the install today for the iPhone connection via the AV input on the Commsman tuner. I used a little Narva push switch fitted in the coin storage inside the console to switch the tuner to the AV input. Happy with the end result with everything tucked away out of view and neat and tidy when using it. The iPhone connect I bought doesn't support video on the iPhone but I only use it for music and I use the USB for movies, plus it was only around $30 delivered from the US. It does charge the iPhone so thats a plus. Next on the list is a reverse camera once I decide which one to use.
