There are a few now getting around in Sydney. One that sticks in my mind is a Red Gallardo that Ramspeed built a couple months ago. Not sure of the power output. I'll see if it's online yet.
-
Not a huge problem, they are made for RHD as well (chassis is set up for both RHD and LHD). Cost for parts would be the main issue unless you found a complete dash at the wreckers. Having said that nothing is simple to do on German cars, so probably seems easier to do than it would be in practice.

50 000 euros ($60 000) 2 years old and it had f**k all usage.

What are you talking about? Why do I care? And what does this have to do with modded exotics? The video said the silver supra was 1400hp not 1250, and it may not be 1400hp at the rear wheels, but it isn't that far from it, It beat the bike ffs... Either way the purpose of the video was to show a modded Gallardo smashing a Modded Supra... As I said before, a modded anything will beat a stock anything, but a modded Lamborghini is extremely hard to beat.

Photos abover were taken in the Italian alps, car has been to Germany, AUstria, Holland, Luxembourg, Italy and Switzerland. Been fined to date 3200 swiss francs for speeding infringments, but they have the best drivers roads, it isn"t fair!!! Top speed on the German AUtobahns so far is 318km/hr (and the manual says it's 310kph) Although despite it's great exceptional performance, it has nothing on my first R33 which although it was vastly slower and basic, was much more enjoyable to drive. IMO Nissan has completely lost the soul of their cars. They are technical marvels today but after a while of thrashing them you get sick of it's predictability and lifeless personality. Despite this it still puts a smile on my face. Anyone know if it is easy/hard/ possible to disable the front wheels from having power???

Back in the Nissan game, Couldn't resist it, been 15 months since I last owned a skyline and I've had withdrawals ever since. Although I have plenty of other cars to keep me satisfied, there was still a hole that only a GTR could fill. 2010 model with 3000km on the clock. Never once been LC'd or tracked (but has done a few runs on the Autobahns before I got it). Ive owned it for nearly 3 months now but haven"t been on SAU in a long time. Now how much did I pay for it? From a Nissan dealer in Germany. I think it is a bargain of a lifetime, gone through 3 sets of tyres in 3 months (odometer is at 18 000km now). My main fault with the R35, there is stuff all exhaust noise, I"ll probably sell it in a few months when the weather here turns to shit and roads ice over (when i"ll be back in AUS anyway). SO anyone keen to start off the guessing game???

There are RWD models but they arn"t very common, most (+90%) are AWD. I don"t know for sure how exactly these ones are rated at 1500hp but either way they are uber fast, fairly easy to mod and they gain power with upgrades like nothing else. SUre an RB26dett and 2JZ's are decent for modding, but when you have a stock engine producing producing around 300hp from factory (with twin turbo), the gains you get out of a stock 5.2 litre high revving V10 (Naturally aspirated) when you start modding (especially with turbos) is absolutely crazy. Underground racing in the USA has just completed its first twin turbo Aventador, nothing too crazy just a couple of small turbos to start off with and the car has already gone from 0-100 in 2.9 seconds to 2.2seconds. All I am saying is the potential for moddifying NA supercars is much more than the potential a 6 cylindre gets. In regards to zour traction concerns... probably due to the fat rubber they use, they come standard with super fat tyres from the factory, put sticky tyres on and getting bogged down in a spin is a thing of the past. I tried to upload a pic of how wide rear tyres are but I have no idea how to upload pics now with this newer forum setup...

Logic by a couple of people in this thread... "oi did you see the look of that guy in the Lamborghini (with 600hp) when he lost to a 1600hp supra..." WTF did you think was going to happen??? lol

I don't get these comparisons, they don't make sense, you are pulling out highly modified cars to race a stock standard supercar (usually driven by complete retards or people who are more interested in how they look in the car than the cars performance). I could build my armchair to be faster than your highly modified GTR and Supra. Doesn't matter what you are comparing ofcorse someone who builds a fast car is going to be faster than someone who buys a stock tuned car from the shelf. Also where is this Veyron that lost to an R34 on a 1mile run? Closest I found was this video but the Veyron still won... Yeah a modded ANYTHING can beat a stock Lambo... But what can beat a modded Lambo????

Never say never

LOL have you even driven a highly modded R34??? If so you'd really be struggling to beat an Aventador, 2nd you will get defected in 5 minutes, 3rd reliability and comfort goes out the window, 4th you have spent around about $100k for the car and parts on a car that will be struggling to get you back $40k (yes aventador looses much more than this within 2 years but that is what happens when you buy any new car), 5th modded exotics can get away with just about anything speed and defect related, 6th the insurance premium is actually much higher on a highly modded R34 than on ALL MODERN EXOTICS (with exception to rare cars like Mclaren F1 the Zonda and the koenigsegg) and not to mention most insurance companies don't want to insure you or make you jump a bazillion hoops, 7th the most uncomfortable thing on earth and the most undriveable cars are those that are highly modded, 8th when you pull up to a set of lights and want to drag the aventadore, he will pull away from you while you just stalled your super hektik uranium/platinum/unicorn horn composite cutch and are sitting at the lights.... then the police defect you again.... Why don't you get both so you can support your view from both sides of the fence?

Looked nice, i'm sure if you LC'd it you would have left those smart ass crutch rockets behind you. Disapointed with the sound in the tunnel though, bloody turbos muffling engine sound.

Gunmetal (so I thought it was in the dark) R35 going eastbound on the M2 tonight (7-8pm). I thought the plate was "R35" but I might have just seen what I wanted to see???

Burgendy R33 with plates something like R33Yo or similar with SAU stickers on Castle Hill road tonight. You drive like a cock, imagine the repair bill if you hit my Bentley you idiot. You'd be working for nothing for the rest of your life That is all

First of all it isn't noise polution, it is noise orgasm. 2nd is stock standard factory ADR approved exhaust with valves. 3rd is there isn't a whole heap of them around where as in normal cars you can put a loud exhaust on any engine and it wil be annoying and every p plater will be doing happy laps around the streets for hours. 4th is it's a f**king V12, nuff said. R35's are louder than 90db as well under full throttle, not just an exotic thing.
-
You'd think to move from Greenacre before spending on a car though...
-
Negative, Corosion anywhere other than around some of the brake callipers is NOT normal. Who said otherwise????
-
Agreed, Drive one they drive better than they look
