great find! how much are these things going for anyway?

Ok guys i got a bit of a problem.. Only recently i have been turning my car on from a cold start and i will crank it the necessary amount of times i usually do, but now as soon as its on it feels like its going to stall (its an auto mind you). The revs keep dropping and i need to give it a rev for it to get going again.. Any idea what this could be? Take note it only happens when the engine is cold after its warmed up and i restart it again no dramas at all! Thanks in advance guys!

In actual fact the car is a high contributor to accidents although not the biggest though. Just because a P-Plater is driving an excel or a charade doesnt make him accident proof. I mean thats just stupid to make a claim like that seriously. If you have a turbo car on your Ps and are responsible and dont push it on the road youare going to be fine. If you are a hero you can hit a pole in whatever car you want.. Sure it might be slower but your still gonna do some damage. I rekon the government should pull there finger out of there a*ses and allow for some drivers education. At the end of the day you control how far you put your foot down. if u want to be a hero and end up dieing in the process well thats your problem and the responsible people shouldnt be hit with consequenses. All these major accidents that have happend in the last year or so, accident with the commo on the westgate the two commos that smashed into and killed the elderly couple, what where they doing? drag racing!! Last time i checked when i get into my car it doesnt initiate a drag or a burnout by itself! I control it!

Yer time sure does fly with the Kms!! Got my car serviced at 90,000Kms at Chasers 10/10 All round including the price good bunch of blokes that took no short cuts and did nothing half assed. Very pleased

anti squeal shims may be warn out or forgotten to be put in when changing the pads. causes noises in both reverse and drive, very high pitched and at any speed.. Not an expensive fix 84$ i got mine and maybe $40 if you goto a workshop to fit them

yer well i guess the best solution would be to drive more for us lol cant think of anything else which is practical

I honestly rekon in this day and age skylines dont really pull chicks unless theyre pretty modified like rims, lowwerd, bling bling etc. hahah thats what catches a girls eyes. I have had a few girls compliment me on my cars but at the end of a day as mentioned above u buy a skyline for other reasons like power along with looks and a few other reasons not to pull chicks lol. I have a mate who was getting a new car (after seeing mine this is). He wanted a R33 (like me) but didnt have enough money so i suggested a R32, his reply was "nahh man R32's dont get girls, they look ferral to girls R33's are sexy" After that point in time my mates and I bagged the sh*t out of him and we're not gonna let him forget how sad hes is for wanting a car souly for the reason of 'pulling chicks' lol.. Note that he currently drives a 1993 VP commodore. That will be enough for picking up chicks if you ask me. Nothing more appealing to a girl than an old POS with gay little mods like chrome lips on interceptors, lowwered to factory height with the sleaziest as* wipe behind the wheel.. Who needs a skyline HAHAH

Stupid Bas*ards! They will get whats coming to them just wait.. I remember not too long ago my cousin who has an R33 GT-R, had his car attemted to be stolen, although he has an alarm system which alerts his keys aswell or the remote on the keys. These two as* holes where trying to brake into it in whilst it was in his garage. My cousin caught them red handed and made them wait in his garage with a little persuasion from a little something... whilst he got on the phone and lets just say he didn't call the cops to come over. A few hours later they left and sure as hell were never gonna attempt to steal his car again, for that matter i dont think they will steal any car after what happened to them lmao.. Try and imagine.. haha Basic aim of this is car thieves know how precious a persons car is to them and when they attempt to do things like that they should be dealt with in a way not involving the police..

The GT-R looks immaculate Johnny hahaha! I'm also interested in what Terry has to say. At this point in time if you dont drive your car much and are worried about old fuel the ways i have heard to treat this is: Octane Boosters (mixed opinions) Race fuel (It's not cheap hahaha) After undertaking some research i dont think there is a definite answer as people have gone on to say they have left fuel in there car for 6 months and they haven't had a single problem others dont think its a good idea to leave it untouched for 1 month lead alone 6 months. I guess this kind of topic is sort of like the "should i warm my car up" topic, as it has alot of mixed opinions on it which is very confusing haha. But like i said through a bit of research i myself dont believe its healthy to run 1 month old fuel in a car and boost around everywhere. I'm not saying it will cause damage because it might not. I just would rather not as i am very anal about my car lol. So yer i mean i have heard about race fuel and octane boosters etc. Has any one got any actual evidence or is it just an educated guess? BTW Johnny I'm looking forward to seeing your results for the octane boosters
