  18. Better be an upgrade to something epic James?
  19. You dont need a different tune etc etc like with e85 to run this 100octane stuff? I got 2 servos around the corner from me selling the stuffs!! Btw; any of you guys heading out tonight - The weather is right on
  20. And they wire straight into the standard gauge etc no worries on the TX5?
  21. Howdy all, I've searched the forums on how people fixed their dodgy oil pressure gauge readings and I couldnt find anything so I thought I would make this thread and I'm sure will help ALOT of forum users. I did see in a few posts amoungst my search that people had 'cleaned' out their sender and presto the gauge worked like a dream because I myself, probably like many others - Do not want to fill their GT-R with filthy gauge therefor making their interior look tacky as - I am destoned to make the factory gauge work mint . Now please members out there share with me your experiances on how you got around this problem and if you had cleaned it how exactly did you guys go about it. Pictures would be a MAJOR help so if you can get pictures of the sender its self and how you went about it that would be fantastic. I am mechanically minded so I do know what I am doing but just need to know how you guys went about it so saves alot of 'trial and error' situations with myself and many others out there that will come accross this thread. Another big question - Can brand new senders be bought from Nissan or any other dealer or even aftermarket senders that will wire upto the standard gauge? Thanks all, Wayne.
  22. Did you ever get around fixing the problem? I'm pretty keen on somehow fixing mine lol.
  23. Speaking of faulty readings on the gauges - Can you take out the pressure sender and clean it out therefor fixing the problem or anyone overcome this problem?
  24. I say take it to a mechanic you use for everything and get them to puta mechanical gauge on it andgo from there asap last thing you want is a spun bearing. Once you get the true pressure reading then go from there. Be good to know what exactly your oil pressure is holding.
  25. Are you sure its not the faulty gauge on the dash, have you checked the oil pressure with a mechanical gauge? I know the R32 oil pressure gauges go on their own accord sort of thing, done a bit of research on the forum
