Pod filters are fine just bolt the kent down with some sort of bracket. Sub only has to be bolted down if it is a hatch back vehicle. Surge tank and ext fuel pump should be fine I dare say, Battery in the boot to be legal it has to be a vented battery such as the ones R33's use. Put it through regency and only fix what they say mate and if all is too hard track pig FTW or swap... ... plate... huh what?
