  1. yes $45K is a giveaway but still no buyer that has money to hand over. There is option of sending your GTR to us and have driveline fitted as there is interest in purchasing the rolling shell again.
  2. Hi Duncan, Thanks for your reply. I see now why this has happened but due to no notification from any admin via pm it left me unsure what had occurred. There may have been something assumed here but to clarify situation here is a few facts. Red R Racing is a registered business as of 24th of May, as you can appreciate all the parts listed are personal items and were purchased by us quite some time ago. The RB30 items belong to the VL berlina owned and registered in my name as well as the RB25 gear from my old GTS-t. The RB26 items are surplus 'twoogle' parts including the bottom end which was the engine i raced with several years ago that has been freshened as a spare. All the above were funded from our family budget and given our commitment to SAU and the skyline community over the years I would appreciate being able to sell these items on here. The bank account details provided in the thread i my own personal account and nothing associated with the new business. A donation to the forum from sale of items will be forwarded from the proceeds of the sale and will contact Nick/Ash to discuss setting up a trader account for all further business under the Red R Racing username once we have our ABN, accounts setup and begin trading. thank you
  3. Yes...this car has been like family. We have just started a new business and need to have a bit of money to fund start-up costs. I drove this car to a National drag title in 2004, the 1st and only female to win a Sport Compact Championship in this country. Paul has worked very hard over the years on it and it has gained an almost cult like following. I just hope the weather holds off for him this weekend so he can enjoy running it at the last race meeting.

  5. Paul is racing the car this weekend then it has to be sold. $45K with MoTeC loom and sensors. $40K with ViPeC plug-in. Yes you can be in this car racing in 2 weeks for $40K. This has dragged out far too long and has to go. Please no offers on the price is set and will be stripped next week and sold in parts if no buyer is found.

  7. Red R are building it Noel, they have already built a couple of RB25's recently that have made this power with that turbocharger on E85 or race fuel. One of them saw over 3 bar of boost for two laps due to a blown off wastegate hose which would have also ran it very lean and the owner admits to "giving it an absolute caning" with no engine trouble at all. Im sure it will be quite well built. Paul does not cut any corners as he, being a drag racer, is still not aware what a corner even is.
  8. keeping the vibration down and the oil supply up is the key to keeping it together provided its tuned well.

It runs a -10 feed up the car and splits into two -8's into the rail...it runs a -8 return back to the fuel cell.
  10. New HKS T51R SPL BB turbo kit (modified to new HKS T62 spec compressor rated at 1150hp) all ceramic coated with high temp black on turbine and manifold. Cerami-chrome on compressor cover. New HKS GT-II 60mm external wastegate. New Earls braided oil and water lines. New CES 5 inch stainless dump pipe and wastegate pipe both coated in high temp black. New PPG fully optioned billet straight cut dogbox. (just been reco'd...done 1 pass) New NPC race twin plate clutch with billet flywheel. New Nismo 2 way rear diff. New modified transfer case done by Award Diff and Gearbox. New fully optioned Vi-PEC V88 ecu with 7 bar map sensor and plug-in adaptor. Thats over $25000 dollars worth!!!   11. Martin, are you using similar target AFR's with E85 ? and do you suggest different cam dialing in for optimum results with E85 from what we have now on our petrol based set-up (Roo16). cheers and awaiting results with the R35 GTR.
  12. back up for sale...$49,000...come and get it. I know people who spent close this amount on an engine and gearbox rebuild! or will separate chassis, gearbox, turbo kit, engine package etc. Dogbox just had a recent overhaul and is 4 passes old...shifts very fast and crisp. The car ran pretty lazy 9.40's and 9.50's at Jambo on only 29.6psi max during the runs which is nothing for an engine package of this calibre.
