  1. Could have a little problem, like no front right wheel soon..... Don't know how this has been missed but I've worn through the nut and arm. The bolt is showing through on both, only just holding on!! Found it when taking shocks out for freshen up. Not sure where to from here just yet. Not like I have a spare arm at home or time to space out the rotor/calipers, machine new hats etc.... Any suggestions ??
  2. It didn't have any of it's aero on so hard to say. Looked like any other GTR from the outside. I'm sure it will be a totally different beast under the skin though and when the aero is bolted up. It was parked on a flat bed truck in Powertune's driveway. I just happened to be driving past at the right time, which led to a reverse gear being selected and another sticky beak.
  3. Yep 32 will be there. I'll be even further from the leaders this year as my car is essentially exactly as last year only it's running now! We all know standing still is going backwards in this game... 33 is on standby.
  4. Can confirm Ark R32 is here, I've seen it....
  5. No doubt my cams are better matched to the EFR also. 264/272 x 9.33 from over the ditch....
  6. 6 Boost - Twin Scroll - Twin Gates Given it's on 98 probably not much. It bleeds down to around 20psi, if it could hold 25psi you could probably add 20-30hp, maybe a touch more ??
  7. I hope to be at WTAC, only yesterday I was mopping up a huge oil spill under the rear of my car. Although I couldn't see where it came from it was definately diff oil.. Bloody thing, been really good of late. Did a 60sec lap of Wakefield and went under 2min on the long Brabham track at EC recently. All was looking good. The EFR made heaps more, very happy as I was a little nervous about the change, should be a beast on the track now. That's on petrol, the HTA was tuned on both 98 and E85. The EFR will only run 98 as the car is mainly for enduros and short races etc. Fuel economy is important and really the only reason why I changed turbos as I needed more power on 98 to make the car quicker.
  8. Don't even have it back yet. It was only dyno'd Saturday, will pick up in the next day or so..
  9. Here's an RB25 result. Pretty happy with the increase. EFR 7670 1.05 A/R Twin Scroll Red = EFR 7670 Blue = HTA 3076 Need stiffer springs in the gates to bring boost on earlier and hold more boost later in the rpm. 7psi springs in EFR vs 14psi spring in HTA
  10. Car Make and Model: R32 GTR Circuit Name: SMP Brabham Circuit (the long sucker) Lap time: 1:59.5 Timing: Natsoft Modifications Engine: RB28 Power: approx 580hp on the day
  11. Just had a quick scan through instruction manual. No mention of using any specific GPS antenna, just that these features are available once connected to GPS.
  12. Not plug and play but not much work to wire in either. Just to confirm also, you need to buy GPS receiver to enable GPS features on controller as it's not included in sale.
  13. This version has: Auto (GPS) Map Select Mode - The controller can select MAP and SCALE automatically for each corner on a racetrack, up to 10 switching points per track. Lap Data View Mode - Three sectors for timing can be setup, unit stores 12 laps of data. Displays live lap and sector data on screen during lap. Pretty sure this version also has a faster processor, more memory and an upgrade in the mapping/calculations over the previous version.
  14. Hi, I have a couple of G Sensors laying around. In good condition, working fine when removed/sourced. Not sure what they are worth, but I'd imagine heaps from Nissan. Asking $250 each posted Aust Wide. John
  15. HI, I have BNIB Ruzic Engineering Attessa 4WD Controller. Hands down best 4WD Controller on the market, soon to be out of manufacture. Grab it quick before it's gone and can't be replaced. Sells for around $700. http://www.hioctanedirect.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=4_524&products_id=2642 Asking $450 delivered Aus Wide. John.

  18. Now on Ebay.. http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/141285724290?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649
  19. ok, here's some better pics. Wheels are in good condition, couple of marks on edge where they've sat on gravel but all in all pretty good. You're getting them for near nothing anyway as tyres are worth almost $1600. Probably would take $1600 is offered.... Surely someone wants some cheap wheels/tyres....
  20. My 2c..... What cars are worth and what they are sold for are two totally different things IMHO. If, and I say IF, this car happened to sell for $20k for instance (which it won't), that doesn't mean it's still not worth $40k, it just means that someone got a BARGAIN! I've seen this car in the flesh, and built quite a few cars in my time. It's as good as any track car out there and definately WORTH $40k. It would be perfect for someone looking to introduce themselves to some club/track days or circuit racing like iRace or MRA. If that's their intention then they are getting a lot of car for $40k and a lot more than they could build starting from scratch with $40k in pocket. Been there done that, unless you've done it you've got no idea of the costs to do so....
  21. Hi, I have for sale a set of brand new Kumho Ecsta V710 Tyres in 285/30x18". They come on Rota Boost 18x10+20 5x114.3 wheels. Perfect fitment under my R32 GTR. Probably just as good on a 33/34. Tyres are brand new as stated, stored in shed, never fitted to car. Don't remember what I paid for them but probably around $400 each. Wheels are probably 2 years old, but haven't been used much. Painted Ego Grey (Ford Colour). Pictures are dirty as last run the wheels in rain. They're round with no obvious buckles or damage. Will post clean pictures soon. Good cheap track set for the weekend warrior or club racer. Looking for around $1750, slightly more than just the tyres alone. All up new price would be approx $2750.
  22. Dont know if i'm ready though. Having recently done wakefield in my gtst the gtr made it seem like a totally different track. It's been years since I've had the gtr at wakefield. The r50 is hands down the best tow car i've ever had. Set cruise on 120 and it just goes. I've still yet to meet a hill I can't accelerate up if I wanted to, trailer and all.
