OK measured. The front when lowered are 430mm from the top of the hat to the middle of the mounting eye. The rears are 600mm from the hat to the eye. You would also be able to move the spring perch down to gain some more but I didn't do that for this measurement.

They came out of a R33 GTS-T. The shock body screws into the base up/down for height adjustment. I'd prefer to sell all together thanks.

Well I now know why it felt sluggish last week. It had a hole in the silicon joiner off the turbo. Was only making 225kw. I drove it again last week on 16psi/280kw and managed a few 1:44s around EC full circuit. Looking forward to a high boost run when it stops blowing up silicon. Managed to destroy 3 hoses in 3 sessions.

VCT was off, another part of the glitch. Not really responsive to be honest, needs more powah!!! I wasn't revving it particularly hard though, nothing over 6000rpm, that wouldn't have helped. I hated the South Circuit after the first run but kind of warmed to it's little challenges throughout the day. Would go back.

Thanks Lith, it's my favourite GTST build too! Gotta say, I actually prefer the look of it to my 32 when side by side in my shed. It's really starting to appeal to me. I think my son my have his hands full getting it off me once done! I actually drove it last weekend at SMSP South in a club day. Still on run in tune and oldish tyres. Enjoyed it, handled well, made it through the whole day without any issues, all good! Managed a 1:03 which given the power, tyres and the fact I'd never driven the South Circuit before was not too shabby. Reckon it'll be fairly quick once finished. Thanks again for your help.

The ECU was in the car when I bought it, could've been to the bottom of the ocean for all I know...

I'm not doing the talking. The guy who did all the electrical in my car knows someone at Haltech so he's asked him to have a look at the ECU. Hoping for something minor...

Haltech Platinum Pro. ECU is off to Haltech tomorrow to get checked out. One day............

It's on the dyno now actually. Been on a few times this week. Having issues with the ecu losing/not storing tune. Thinks it's fckd. Similar issue to when run in tune was being done.

They didn't end up with a result to post as the turbo let go before they finished any high boost runs......... but you probably know this. Sorry for sharing.

Mark Berry ran one on his RB30 a couple of years back when they were still in development. He actually rang me from the dyno session he was that excited about how it performed. Was making ridiculous boost at super low rpm. Can't remember the numbers he was quoting back then but it was very impressive. He was even visualising certain corners at EC like Turn 2 and how the 9180 will make them so much better to drive out of. Unfortunately everything EFR in the early days wasn't so great so he lost momentum with it when it let go and he couldn't get another one.

Final tune will be late next week now as car is at the painters. Tuner was too busy last week so I took the opportunity to send it to paint in the meantime.... Patience guys, results soon...

Yep, was given them by BW/FR almost 2yrs ago now. They were supposed to spool somewhere between the 6258 and the 6758. I think they were numbers 3 & 4, so the earliest ones out there... In the end they spooled as you'd expect from a pair of 7163s so they came off as quick as they went on. I think they made 21psi at around 5700rpm or something. Just horrible for a track car, made more power than my 6258s but it was so late it didn't matter. Haven't driven the RB25 yet, it's yet to go back to the tuner for retune with external map sensor. will happen soon.

I had twin 7163s on my RB28. Pity I don't still have them, could have been handy on my RB25.
