Gday all I am looking at getting a ebc in a couple of weeks and not to sure which model/brand to get. I dont want any thing to over the top, just something that will hold boost with out any spiking or drop off. Can you just get a one setting ebc or are they all 2 stage? What is every one using and do you have any problems eg spiking with them? Cheers

hello sorry a little off topic but i have kyb adjustable shock in mine but the front ones are missing the dial to tell you if its on hard soft medium, could you take a picture and post it up or tell me which is which as i have no idea what setting the fronts are on. cheers

looks like we are on our own with this problem! That's if it is the same problem, I cant tell if its relay or pump sound. I am taking it to get serviced in the next few week so i might have some answers then.

post some pics up and a list of mods, I think we bought them about the same time.

1's got a black bonnet 2'ds got 17" white rim's and 3'rd very tidy and stock looking but did see from a distance a silver R33 with a decal up the side ? pretty sure it was the third option. and i think i saw that silver one on saturday in the avenue, didn't look to bad

cant picture how a 33 is set up but there is no point removing the mould and not the retainer as the mould covers the edge of the screen and the retainer covers the body. The aftermarket mould that they used is off a vl (im guessing) if thats the case they are going to have to work miricals to get it to work down the side pillers. good luck, what colour you going?

to put an after market mould on you will have to take the window out, unless you do a dodgy and cut the back off and have it fly off in 6 months time. there are two parts to the mould, the retainer which is double sided taped on to the body, and the actual mould which goes into the retainer. If you are painting the car you will need to take the retainer off, to do that mould comes out window comes out then the retainer. If you take the retainer off you will need to buy a new one, you can usually reuse the mould if your careful! or you could just mask up the moulds

the ticking sound doesnt sound like a cheap fuel pump does it, as i have a funny ticking sound and as you said (I've been trying to rack my brains to work out what it is.)

thanks for all your help, I know nothing about the attessa system i dont even know where the attessa ecu is and didnt know where the pump was until 2 seconds ago, , I might try and have a look tomorrow cheers

I have checked the rear reservoir and when idling its a little over min The noisy isn't there when idling or when first taking off just when coming to a stop and rolling to a stop, very strange sounds like a cheap fuel pump I assumed it was the attessa pump because i am sure its working all the time (well guessig) i don't know to much about the whole attessa system its very strange and starting to get annoying not louder just annoying!!!

Gday all When pulling up to a set of lights i have a noise that sounds like a pump of some kind, Its not to loud but i am guessing that its not supposed to be there. You can only hear the noise when pulling up and about half a second after coming to a complete stop the noise will stop, But if you slow right down to less then walking speed it will still be there no matter how far you roll, The noise doesn't change speed or volume and it doesn't change if its in neutral or clutch in, Could it just be a noisy Attessa pump? any ideas would be good I had this posted in drive train and transmission and got no answers,

Is that practice on saturday and racing / drifting on Sunday, or its just on saturday, Also what time does it start?
