Yeah reckon i was pretty lucky Pete, pod filter not enclosed, atmo catch can and ebc solenoid all there in plain sight. Think they were more interested in my CAI than anything else.

Saw a black 32 GTS-t and a silver Stagea on Magil rd about 4pm. A dark blue 34 sedan, black 32 GTR, and what looked like Kye's new car on a tilt tray turning onto North East rd around 4:30.

Had a lucky one today! Got pulled into a random licence check station near the Village, then get asked to pull off to the side. Cop asked me to pop the bonnet and prepare for a roadworthy inspection, i nearly shat! As Krishy and Chad know, nothing is hidden in my engine bay! Open pod filter, boost controler solenoid, atmo catch can, intercooler and not the quietest exhaust. Both the cops were really nice guys, and surprisingly the older one knew what stuff was! Quick check around the car, asked about BOV (std plumback), bit of chit chat about the car then i was sent on my way! My views of SAPOL have now changed Missus reckons i've got the gift of the gab

Almost sounds like a hose has blown off. Was it puffing black smoke out the exhaust?

I find it hard to belive the throttle would just cut out turning left, I'd be pointing the finger at a loose electrical connection somewhere or a fuel pump/fuel problem

Pretty sure you have to get a charger that is compatable with gel or dry cell batteries, i just went to Sprints and got one for around $150 that does both dry and wet cell batteries
