  1. Tube it about 300mm from fitting to guage, you might just have to check the thread size on the fitting. Im just behind muno para shops, give me a buzz tomorrow if you want to grab it 0413 697 162
  2. Ancillary drive belts genuine Nissan 3PK845 4PK850 4PK910 R33 seriesII
  3. Got one you can borrow if you need one
  4. As long as you use the term in your statement then normally its all good, been through that one
  5. Exactly !!!! Acted up on the roads and get caught its your own fault, no one else to blame but yourself! Victims Of Crime is a great scheme, but yes it should not be funded by the sale of impounded vehicles. Surely you'd think they'd put the money into driver awareness campaigns. But i do see the whole point of it going to the VOC, as do the funds from stolen and recovered. Im sure we have all had mixed experiences with the police, Simple fact is they are only doing a job, sure some do get a little carried away and head strong but when you get burgled, your car gets stolen, your subject to a home invasion or domestic violence they are the first guys you call. Im sure with them its the same as a car club or any sort of association, its the few bad ones that lable the rest!
  6. Could be an idea! Dont think mines quite up to show quality though., but will definently be there on the day though. And stalking it what the net is all about isn't it ?
  7. I always use 8100 in my 33, but think i might change to the Chrono. Use the DRIFT filters too and never had a problem, always slightly fill and soak the filter before i put it on. You think Motul would give us shares or something with how many times they've been mentioned in this thread!
  8. Spotted a Bayside Blue 34 GTR on main nth near muno para about 4:40pm, and a black 32 GTR (AGTR-xx) turning off main nth onto york town rd 4:45pm. And yeah Matty, that was me! Just seeing what Koji got in the new containers, and thanks fot the compliments on the car too
  9. Left a comment too! Yeah good old media filtering at its best! Australia was a democracy last time i checked! Would be nice if the actually took into account the views of clubs like this and some of the other reputable clubs in SA rather than forcing political viewpoint on the wider community and therefore basically black listing anyone and everyone that drives an import. Surprisingly mine got published
  10. I think it all really depends on the attitude of the officer and the attitude of the driver, be a wise arse and they will do you! I had more hasles in my VK charger than i've had with my Skyline, act like a knob and you will get picked up. I've had mixed dealings with the police, and the good out weigh the bad, well so far! I just think the police are like magpies, they love shiney stuff
  11. Seeing as your in SA, head to GRH supplies at South tce Wingfield (use to work there), ask for Laurie. They have an extensive range of brass fittings and should be able to make something up to do the job! Tell him James that use to work there sent you and he'll look after you! I wouldn't go streaching the hose, gives it a much higher chance of splitting as it makes the wall thickness thinner!
  12. Looking for about $700 for them
  13. Spotted BLKSKY in Rundle St on friday night and a nice looking grey 34 at muno para shops today, think the guy works in foodland.
  14. And most of the time its a motorcyclist pushing it way to hard! You'd think both SAPOL and the Government would look at the statistics since AIR closed and realise the common link between having no drag strip and the increase in street racing! But i guess thats just common sense and intelligence that us on the otherside of the thin blue line can actually see!
  15. Did similar on my 33, except i used 4'' TPR high temp ducting and a 45 deg pvc fitting and a 4" pvc flange in the old intercooler pipe hole. Works fantasticaly, going to fit an aluminium diverter plate to stop so much water getting in the engine bay in winter though.
  16. Hey new to the forum, but sounds like an excellent way to meet some more of you guys!
  17. It seems the imports are the flavour of the month! Guess they've given up on shutting down the bikies, so now we're next on the hit list A few years ago it was Harley's that were too loud! Before that they picked on the V8 boys! Before that they picked on horses with noisy shoes After talking with a mate who happens to be a cop, even he said its crap! He said they need to pick up the smoke blowing rust buckets with bald tyres, not us import drivers who in most cases modify our cars to improve them and modify them more safely than the commonwhore or falcoon drivers!
  18. Just thought i'd add a pic of my daily driver.
  19. Whiteline are excellent. Or if your budget conciuos grab some GTR sway bars!
  20. Hey Matty was that you i spotted on north east road on wednesday? I was in the 33 sedan near fasta pasta.
  21. Worst comes to worst, Peter works at Outlaw performonce in Adelaide now, always known him to be heapfully with anything technical. But pretty sure it was MV Automatics that did the trans work.
  22. Spotted a mad man in a burgundy and silver patrol with heaps of stickers on the rear windows on nth east rd, hmmmm i wonder who that could be!
  23. I wonder how long before the bug bites to crack her open? And the bayside blue 34 GTR could be George Spartarlis's "company" car!
  24. ^ let alone anyone willing to play with one. I remember Martin saying a month ago it was on its way. Spotted 2 clean looking 33 seriesI on main nth at woodford rd intersection and a sweet 32 sedan at the caltex at Salibury heights near the Vets. And seems to be a 180 up the road awaiting a heart transplant too.
  25. Excellent way to support a great cause. We dont need to loose anymore as young and as talented. Will be there for sure!
