  1. If it was easy I'm sure everyone would be doing it. I've never heard of any other way except buying the actual kit. If you can find a cheaper alternative I'm sure you could make quite a bit of money from the MR2 community
  2. You must be skillful I was in a Mazda 6 this time and last time was an Integra. Didn't know you were stalking my friends too lol.
  3. The modules aren't the pricey bit. The 'low rise' kit is where the money is. Only 2 companies that sell them. One in the UK and one in the US. They're around $800 with the modules and slightly cheaper without.
  4. That's mint! Always wanted those rev6 headlights but they're so damn expensive.
  5. Spotted SKYL1N on Chapel Street AGAIN on Friday night I swear, every time I'm there I see you!
  6. Oi hektic boy, check my fb photos. Got some decent pics for you finally
  7. Dude, that's f*cked. I think you reacted exactly as I would have. Good on ya!
  8. +1 Some older drivers are VERY dangerous. I've seen some going 30km/h in an 80 zone, swerving across the lanes, cutting people off and completely oblivious to it all!
  9. What brides you got Alex? Pics now My Recaros are getting retrimmed in the next few days. My motor trimmer talked me into doing something totally different. You guys probably won't approve but oh well
  10. Buy it virgin boy.
  11. The bottom of my driveway isn't the problem, the top is. That, plus the piece of wood that my gates slot in to. That thing is a bitch. My exhaust sometimes hit it at stock height!
  12. I think he'd probably like to, but I'm pretty sure he'd cry if he broke that Sard front bar. It's the only one I've seen in aus (other than mine). That's something I'm not looking forward to... MRZEDX (stock body) can't get in my driveway, so I doubt I'll be able to once I'm lowered and got the kit on.
  13. You're hard to please Shan And he's allowed to have a faggy numberplate - 320rwkw. Even more when he uses his Nos
  14. I like how this sits... Shame that my fronts are poking out Guess I could always fix that though....
  15. Dude, that sounds like a plausible theory! It was seriously like a truck. To refresh your memory:
  16. Pic shows that the car is a lot lower than it was this morning It was seriously epic tractor spec! And nah, I wish! 5 months to go.
  17. That's the plan!
  18. Got my coilovers on.. Now just gotta adjust them for more low!
  19. For a cruiser or a drag car, auto is great. For a sports car? Get f*cked. You have so much more control with a manual gearbox. Shifting down for corners, dropping the clutch, launching etc... It becomes even better once you learn tricks like double clutching, heel/toe etc. I just find manual 100x more fun.
  20. www.dreamworld.com.au
  21. I sold my NA Supra for that price I don't reckon you could get a decent TT for that price. I've seen some mint ones sell for 30k - 40k+
  22. Yeah, pretty big power from factory. For $15k you'd get a really good one. Probably forged rebuild with 300rwkw Even mine came with a new engine and I only payed $8k. Only downside is all the jokes that people make about them And they actually are kinda unreliable and a bitch to work on. Another suggestion (even though I'll probably get flamed for it) is an MR2 turbo. Get a 94+ with the GEN3 turbo engine. They go surprisingly quick!! Great handling and heaps of traction thanks to the mid-rear layout. Nice and reliable too. If you want to go down that route let me know and I can point you towards some nice ones. $15k would get you a really good one!
  23. Ah yeah, no shit haha. Right you are Shan. My bad. I meant 2 pot.
  24. 180SX or S14. Or stretch for a bit more cash and get an R32 GTR
  25. How would you know what I do? Pretty sure track work requires good brakes. And dude, you never know what the dickhead in front of you will do on the road! Or when a bloody dog will run out of a house directly in front of you! That happened to me the other day. Lucky it was in the dry. I panicked and slammed the brakes on. Bit of smoke but it stopped alright. I reckon I would have hit the stupid animal if it was wet.
