I am glad to hear that he knows he has the support of the Exec team and the Club. No one can be everywhere at once and participation can be done in many forms a lot of which is done on the back end (chasing QR and sponsors, Working on events, Club direction) physical participation at events while always good to see is just a perk of being part of the club or affiliated with it. However he is able to participate will be good enough for me (unless he puts an LS1 in his car too)

Did he give voice to his concerns as to why he was looking to stand down? I am glad he is staying on. Take some time to get clarity and then let us know what the plan is going forward.
