  1. Sounds tuff from the inside too.
  2. +1 running 600cc's in my R34 GTT with 340HP atw, Idle is smooth as and they work well on the power end. Tuner was very happy with them.
  3. Bodo your a quick .
  4. Funny you should mention P plater lancers, there was one acting the fool on the way home in the wet. I stole that seat fair and square, I have been eyeing off a ride in the wheelchair since it was unveiled. You'll just have to come up again when it's at lakeside then he can take ya for a real lap.
  5. Yeah I just took Joe up to Beams road and pointed him in the direction of the Highway. I saw ralph going back the other way what was that about? Thanks for having us, I will finally after 5 years be filling out my membership form and getting that sorted Monday.
  6. Didn't have the spare cash laying about to do the service early, Opting to enjoy it as it is now and when i feel the need for more power then up it again, will cost me bugger all on the retune so that's not a biggie.
  7. His big thing was that he hasn't had any positive experiences come from running more boost than that on an RB ( fear of doing a ring or another adverse problem i don't know about), The plan is to drive it around like it is now (340hp atw) and then when i do my 100k service in 9000k's time I'll retune for 20 psi.
  8. My tuner decided that he didn't want to run it at the 21 psi it was set to run he changed the preload down so it is at 17 psi, He confirmed that the numbers it could make were well above what it is now but he would rather wait till I do the metal head gasket as he isn't comfortable with running more than 17 psi on a stock motor.
  9. I grabbed a SS1PU from Hypergear and it's been fitted to my R34 making 340RWHP, Damn does it make a difference, comes on solid and holds till redline. Cheers for the hard work on the turbo will keep you updated on how it goes on the track on sunday.

  13. you so want to. it's gonna be great. gives you a chance to look at what other people are doing with there cars.
  14. pffft, do it, you know you want to.
  15. yeah it's sledgehammer like, on another note: Those who are wanting to cruise down to QR as a group we are meeting at the southbound BP on the highway at 4:30am for a 4:45 leave time, This gives everyone 15 mins to grab some fuel a coffee and a feed.
  16. 340 atw HP (will do 360 if i put the ebc back on) using the wastegate as the boost controller.
  17. Dunno, Haven't really thought about it, work has been hectic and I have had the car in the shop for upgrades so I will probably be attending more club events this year.
  18. Seeing as you lads are mentioning BF3, I just brought my new lappy - Clevo Horize with a 6990 gpu, I7 2820, 8GB of RAM and a 500gb Seagate Momentus Hybrid drive. No more problems with crappy map load times after you have loaded them a couple of times it loads them like lightning (the 4gb ssd drive on the Hdd will cache commonly used files applications use. Ultra graphics on a full HD screen in a lappy makes gaming on the run awesome.
  19. Chris Rogers is the parts number god, Alternatively ring Repco they can usually source parts like that without too many issues.
  20. On this site there is a Guide under DIY on how to ground out one of the wires on the stock solenoid so it will run constant 7 psi ( if you would like to keep it completely stock looking) The also saves on playing the find that vacuum leak game.
  21. Does it make the wicked exhaust burble on gear change? if so yeah that is normal.
  22. you wouldn't be able to put a business card between my calipers and my rims.
