well i just checked. u can only take the light out if you drop the passenger side of the front bar. not too hard but if u dont want to do it that way, heres a pic of the parker plug. if you want the details to take front bar off and light out, pm me EDIT- forgot to ask wat car? lol. if its r33 S1 the pic shows you. think s2 would be the same. if its 32 or 34 i dunno mate

hey mate. i just did mine but i pulled the front bar off aswell. easiest way is to pull the light itself out. there are three screws in the engine bay. one ontop of the light and two lil bastard ones that are fiddly to get to next to the radiator. there are 2 more under the guard. they are 8mm bolts that are next to each other. the three in the engine bay are 10mm. one is a bolt and the other 2 are nuts. i tried a while ago to undo the parkers without taking the light out and couldnt due to my hands were too big . ill go take a couple pics now and post them up of the positions of the nuts and bolts!

i went from an 01 lancer with under 80000k's to a 94 r33 with nearly 190000k's. lol i felt like the car was old wen i first hopped in. but i love it. too good to sell. im just saving to try and do a complete rebuild. everything gettin replaced. well not exactly everythin but u no wat i mean

anyone know if there are insurance blowbacks from removing hicas? cause im guessing its under the insurance impression that its a nissan safety feature. so my major question is if i remove my hicas and have a crash, can the insurance bloke check under the back end, see the hicas has been removed and replaced with a bar and just laugh and walk away, taking my money with him???? i hate insurance

wow.... my set up is extremely shit compared to EVERYONE ELSES!!!!! lol

i had some neons in my old car. had to cut the lighter ends off and connect em all. i found the other easy spot to connect is on the back of the head unit. i just hooked the neon positive up the the yellow constant cable off the head unit and earthed it in the same spot as i earthed the head unit. then drilled a hole in the back of that plastic fill in section you buy wen you change from double din to single and screwed the switch in there. nice and hidden plus easily accesible! gl

sorry to hear. mines rooted too. its up to the point where i can barely turn it wen im not moving and it sreeches like anything wen i turn. had it cheked and i gotta get my steering rack reconditioned and a new power steering pump. its gonna fail any day now and i gotta wait till the end of the week to get it into the shop ill chuk a question on this too. is reconditioning the original steering rack as good as getting a new one? sorry to hijak but didnt wanna open another thread on similar topic.

i got a 94 r33 gtst with around 190 000 on the clock and its still going strong with stock turbo. i rekon u got a fair while left with the stockie so u shouldnt rush into buying a new one and goin the cheap route. save up and get a decent one so it lasts u ages and it bolts on with ease. thats wat i rekon anyway gl with the search and build!!
