  1. Spotted a matte black R33 on Sunnyholt road this morning.
  2. They are a nice looking trailer, but agree that is a lot on a single axle. This is my trailer i use for the rally car, it has good clearance in case we need to take it into a stage to retrieve the car and best part is i didnt pay a cent for it. Its no good for a low track car though would need ramps about double the size to get it on without ripping the bumper off. Looking at putting some storage on the front for tyres and changing the solid steel plate floor it has because the trailer is pretty heavy and would like to make it a bit lighter. Has light truck tyres on it and weighs in at around 700kg.
  3. Awesome, looking forward to the pics
  4. Spotted a nice silver 34 GTR out front of the Brewery on annangrove road about 12:30pm on sat.
  5. Couple of recent shots of my 34.
  6. I did a real rough copy paste for you, kinda gives you the idea of what it could look like.

  8. Ah thought so looks like fun keeping it straight, wouldn't mind doing an event like that in mine be good to test a few things out before a rally.

  13. Yeh he said he had no problems getting your windows out. He put mine back in on Sat without any dramas. I talked to him about why they always state the windows could get broken when they take them out. He agreed it should not happen and it is more about someone trying to rush the job, but with glass that has never been removed especially in older cars the glue can get extremely hard so even the tools that he has struggles to cut through it. He said this is when he tends to use a heat gun to just try soften up the glue a little and then slowly cut through it.
  14. SR like people are saying is going to be a good way to go. I've only just moved over to a Silvia from rallying a 120Y for many years, Dad and i are actually restoring another one now that will end up with an SR engine upgrade. You really need to consider handling and brakes before putting that much power into a 120Y though. There is heaps of stuff available though to upgrade them. My old car had disc brakes all round with commodore callipers and vented front rotors. I also added a rear sway bar and panard bar whilst putting in a TA22 celica diff. front suspension was Stanza with commodore inserts the list goes on lol, but that should give you some ideas. If you can do most of it yourself you will save a lot of money as the parts ive listed are not that expensive to buy.
  15. No probs, good to hear.

  20. Yeh i agree it is easier to push harder, it's definitely smoother in some parts and easier to ride the curbs without spinning off.
  21. Agreed, it is similar to GTR2 which makes it real easy to get used to in this game and set some decent times.
  22. Yeh i agree there is a rhythm at the ring you just have to drive a few laps to get it. I think its the best track in the game so far but i have always liked it and hope to drive it in real life one day. Managed to get all Gold in the Seb Loeb rally challange last night man the snow was dam hard that took a few attempts lol.
  23. Ah ok, i will have to do some more license tests.
  24. O'rly, will have to get me the LFA so i can try it out, my R34 GTR sounds pretty decent too with most mods although it sounds like it misses at low revs when i changed the exhaust to the titanium one??? weird.
  25. thats better
