thanks, yeah, the previous owners this old dude, he said he put in the t piece. i noticed the bumper hanging too. looked in the boot and pulled up the carpets and covers, didnt look like there was any damage. also looked under it. saw the front drive shafts so i take its an AWD its TG0 colour( looks like a bluish grey silver) its a personal import. it was sitting for 2 months before the previous owner decided to get it back on the road and no, no written exemption
