bent the eye down the bottom, and dented the strut a lil. dont think i bent the shaft at all

had a bit of an oopsie on the weekend, and damaged my drivers side rear coilover. trying to chase down just 1 if anyone would happen to have a spare ? please drop me a PM or email [email protected] if your able to help thanks in advance shannon

hey steve ... how you been? yeah i used to live in SA, moved over here a lil while ago with work (still the same company) i tried c-red but they seemed to be quite expensive. i have tried chasing all the gear down back home and could get all the parts for a (reasonable) price but would prefer to buy local incase of any drama's ...etc in saying that i have scored a g/box today from interstate, but for the price i couldnt pass it up so still searching for the rest of the bits required, not in any rush ... unless the auto decides to explode ha ha philta, cheers for the info mate! have spoken with ken @ hyper ... was quite helpful but im looking to save a few $$'s and have a bash at doing it myself. no better way to get to know your own car!!

hey all, relativly new to WA and am trying to locate somewhere with all the bits required for a manual conversion on an R33. tried most places in the phonebook that look like they may stock nissan / jap parts but no luck ... a couple of places have some shipments due to arrive in a few weeks. just wondering if anyone could suggest anywhere else i could try ? cheers in advance shannon

ive done some searching of the forums, and yet to find a thread specific to experiances when making claims with various insurers (feel free to close if there is already a thread) basically, just thought id start a thread where people could post about their experiances weather good or bad when its come to making a claim with their insurance company ... could be another consideration for people when they decide which company to go with, if your lucky enough to have a choice that is .. ?? guess i should start it off, i was with unique car insurance and had a series 4 RX7 stolen from my work carpark, and was found the next day by the police torched about 5km's from work. a reasonably straight forward claim you would think ... but took me over 4 months to receive a pay out that i was happy with. i was interviewed by one of their investigators, made to feel like the criminal instead of the victim, they tried their best to wear me down and make me accept a figure of half what i beleived the car was worth and drew the proccess out for as long as they wanted. in the end i paid for an independant evaluation to try and establish what my car was worth at the time it was stolen, submitted this to the insurance company and they finally come up with an offer that i was pleased with, but only after months of heated phone calls and having the manager of unique hang up on me numerous times. anyone else have horror stories when trying to make a claim ?

has anyone here replaced any wheel studs on the rear wheels before? if so have you got any tips on the best way to go about it ? havent looked at it yet, thought i would see if there was any info here first but cant really find any. cheers shannon

hey all, done a search and couldnt find any info on the forums, or if this has happened to anyone else before... but this is annoying as!! im unable to open my passenger side door, the solenoid is working ... but it seems as if the lock mechanism is getting jammed somehow ? tried to use the key, and can feel some sort of resistance about halfway through key turning. anyone else had something similar happen and if so how he hell did ya fix it? managed to get part of the door trim off the door, enough to kinda see the rods...etc, but not much to see really. HELP .. please
