Quick update - I spoke with Garry, the GTR with the white TE37's is in Kyushu - over 700km from their closest inspector. Garry is still trying to get more pics and further info. Its not completely off the table as of yet, however we are both hesitant to move forward on a car which we are unable to some how get thoroughly inspected first. In brighter news - another one has just popped up within the last 15 minutes. Check out my latest obsession - 1999/04, non accident vehicle with service history. Apparently stock as a rock apart from a HKS intercooler. I have already told Garry and he's on top of it. Lets see how we go!

You've done the right thing mate. We all need to stick together and point out the deceitful con artists such as 'dan', formally known as 'bo han lee'. I've seen it happen a few times. I personally wouldnt do it if i was selling, but for a stock car without number plates - most potential buyers probably wouldnt realise if its the same car or not! I only know its not the same car because when I saw the car, it was non vspec so did not have the front and rear diffusers - etc.

cheers mate, have seen that one - but im looking for a near stock example. staying away from the ones with forged internals and numerous worked bits and pieces.

sure have mate, flew to melbourne to take a look specifically at that one. its nothing like its made out to be in the ad. literally the worst example i've seen, i smell a freshly imported R grade vehicle. 4.5A my ass.. was quite a depressing trip - waste of time and money due to a very dishonest seller. cheers anyway!

Quick update guys - Have been keeping an eye on this GTR in Japan which is for sale at a dealer. Apparently its a one owner, non accident vehicle. From the pics, it looks pretty stock apart from the clear indicators, hks hard pipe kit, filters and te37's. Has service history and the nismo meter was installed at 12km. Forwarded the details through to Garry last night and he is getting his guys in Japan to check it out for me. Fingers crossed, will let you know how it goes!

no joke, i check it atleast once every hour. even flew to melbourne to have a look at a few this week. didnt work out. note - i've had a few offers come through from members offering to search for me in japan. already have agents doing this for me, cheers anyway - but hoping to obtain any local offers through this ad

I started with a N/A VX S Commodore - Phantom Mica Black and dropped on VY SS rims. All show and no balls. Then when I was just about to get off my P's, I bought my then dream car - a series 3 R33 GTR in KR4 silver. At present - i'm car less, and still looking for the new laady car in my life hahaha
