  1. sold pending pickup and payment tonight
  2. I have for sale a Sard Fuel Pressure Regulator. I bought this to use with my car but the tuner didn't need to use it so I am now selling it. $100
  3. For sale I have a set of 6 Bosch Siemens 870cc injectors. They are low impedence top fed and would suit a GTR. I bought these of another forum member who claimed they would suit an R34 GTT and they had only traveled 3000kms. When I purchased them I found they were not suitable as they were low impedence so I had some resistor packs made up and pu them on anyway. The injectors were way too big for my setup for around 250rwkw so after driving an extra 500kms, I have taken them off now and high flowed my standard GTT injectors. These would suit someone with a GTR chasing massive horsepower. Asking $550
  4. Hehehe, Ok guys, this is going to be a weird one for this site. I have an R34GTT and love it. I am keeping the R34 but I will be buying a 2.8 diesel GU Nissan Patrol shortly. I wanna take out the RD28 and drop in an RB25DET from an R33. I have read that it drops straight in and bolts to existing engine mounts and bellhousng of the RD gearbox. My question is, has anyone in Victoria done this? If so where did you get your work done? And how much. Thanks guys, I know thisis not the ordinary skyline question.
  5. can i get a pic of the bride seat?
  6. My car made this noise also when one of the hoses popped off my boost tap. So i'd say it's definately a cut in a vacuum hose or a hose that has popped off.
  7. are you negoiable on this price? A set of 18 inch bronze ones in imac condition just sold on these forums a couple of weeks ago for $2000 with rubber. For second hand 17s with marks on them i think it may be a bit much. I'd definately be interested if the price was better.
  8. You will definately need to replace the washer bottle as someone else mentioned. Now back to the airbag sensor topic. Under the water bottle there is an oval metal sort of thing which is apparently the sirbag sensor. Now i'm not 100% about in NSW but in victoria if the car is fitted with airbags it is defective to cut a whole for the cooler as this changes the strength of the chassis. With an R32 or series 1 R33 it's fine as they don't have airbags. I to bought the HDI intercooler and then after reading arounf changed my mind and went for the just jap stealth kit. I mean cops probably won't know what to look for, but if they defect you for something else when you take the car into a workshop to get it fixed they will pick things like that up. you will then either need to have that section welded up and engineered, or try and get an engineers for the hole and cooler pipe (unlikely). I do remember a member of these forums getting a defect and having to weld up the hole and get an engineers a while back.
  9. you do know that as soon as you cut that hole for the return pipe in your car the car will be defective due to the arbag sensor? I would highly recomend going a stealth kit which uses the original cooler pipes and holes.
  10. I managed to get my heat shield back on by bending it a little. I tried to take some pics but my camera is not playing nice at the moment. Mine is going back to Status next week, getting the clutch and a new map done for my mammoth injectors so I will hopefully be pushing the high 200's then. I'll keep you all posted.
  11. I didn't realise it would be this laggy and this is the one Stao at hypergear recommended.
  12. when it slips you see the line broken. It ends up being sort of like a dotted line where it is slipping.
  13. i do, i just need a scanner. I will try and scan it at work tomorrow. On the graph you can see it slips after about 5000rpm on the 15psi run but on the 14psi run there was no slipping.
  14. definately the standard clutch. Car has only done 63000 so clutch wouldn't be crazy dead yet. Having said that, it's not going to last me very long from here on at all. Maybe there is a bit of a difference between the 33 clutch and the 34 clutch. Not sure about that though. All I know at this point in time is the only way to go up from here is with a new heavy duty clutch.
  15. yeh just the stock clutch at the moment. It just couldn't handle any more than 14psi.
  16. I thought these were good for up to 500HP. Oh well, if it shits itself i'll just go down the Bosch path. These turbos are really good from what I have seen so far. As I said, just a little laggy.
  17. It's done just under 63000 thereabouts.
  18. Got my hypergear turbo installed yesterday. I've got an R34 GTT with the following mods... Full turbo back exhaust (only thing holding me back here is a compliance cat) FMIC Pod Filter Z32 AFM 870cc siemens injectors Hypergear TR43i turbo rated at 500HP (14psi for now) Walbro fuel pump Iridium plugs Splitfire coil packs HKS SSQ BOV Nistune ECU 98 Octane fuel Went to trent at Status tuning yesterday to get a Nistune board installed and get all my goodies tuned. I really have to say, Trent is one of the best mechanics I have ever dealt with and would always be comfortable in taking my car there. Got the car on the dyno and tuned it up and ended up getting 241.5 rwkw at 14 psi. We tried going 15psi, but my clutch was slipping like crazy, so we left it at 14psi. Trent did say though that the car with the mods will be capable of achieving 280rwkw as it ws responding to the tune very well. So it looks like I will now be saving up for a clutch and going back to Status. The car is a bit laggy, but after about 4000rpm the car goes ballistic and sinks your head in the seat. I couldn't recommend the service at Status tuning enough. Thanks for all the work yesterday guys. So the end result now is 241.5 rwkw. I will try and scan the chart when I get a chance and put it up.
  19. Selling my R34 Air Flow Meter. It's the pink label. It also comes with a pod adapter. Had done 60000ks. Removed itto fit a Z32 AFM. In perfect working condition. $100.
