I've got a 34 GTT which has done 61000kms. I've boosted it now, with FMIC and exhaust although I am not running it on high boost 11psi everyday. What I am wanting advice on is, I am the first owner in Australia. I have had the car for about 8000kms now. Just wondering, I know the timing belt should be changed at 100,000kms but should I do it now to be on the safe side? Do they give any warning before going? How much will it change to just change the timing belt, no service? Thanks guys.

Hi Guys, I've got an R34 GTT with the following basic mods.. Turbo back exhaust FMIC HKS BOV Air Pod AVCR running high boost of 0.80 bar Nismo Stune suspension I am now at a cross road trying to decide what my nex move should be. What do you guys recommend and what are the costs.

Hey Guys, I am pondering further upgrades and started to think about a fuel pump. I've got a R34 GTT which is pretty stock, Full Exhaust, front mount, pod filter, 12psi boost (at times), 7psi all the other time, upgraded coil packs, HKS BOV. Will I benefit from a fuel pump upgrade? I was looking at those bosch 044, is that over kill. Thanks.

Ive just installed an Apexi AVC-R and am having issues setting up a simple high-low setting. I just want low to be about 0.6bar and high to be about 0.85 bar. I have set high to 0.85bar with a 40% duty cycle but it doesn't boost past about 0.65bar. Can anyone give me instructions on how to do this. Also if anyone has any pictures of how they connected the solenoid under the bonnet could yu please post. Thanks

i really didn't wanna start shaving the chassis. has anyone got any pics of when they were installing their cooler so I can see how the thermal fan sits behind?

no it's not plumbed back and i think the backfiring did seem to start after I installed the BOV. The idle on cold is a little weird though. It's not when it's reaving high, it's when the revs drop to about 900 before the car is warm and then drops to about 700 and idles fine. My fuel economy is quite good, i get about 500-550 km per tank. Maybe I will look into changing the o2 sensor. I did notice though after last night when I installed my air fuel ratio gauge that it keeps jumping from lean to rich all the time. Don't know if it's a faulty connection. When I am accelerating it seems ok though.

Hi Guys, My r34 GTT when cold idles a little rough. Not very bad, but every few seconds it seems to miss. When the car warms up it doesn't seem to do it anymore. I have also noticed the cars sort of misses when backing off the throttle while driving. The car is stock other than full exhaust, pod filter and HKS BOV. Anyone experienced this? Cheers, Dean

Hi Guys, Just bought a cooler for my 34. When trying to install I have ran into a couple of issues. 1. The thermal fan is in the way. How do you get around this? 2. Where do you bolt it to? It's got bolt holes on the left and right but I can't work out how to use these to bolt it to the car. Any help appreciated. Dean
